Hi mam, first of all, thanks a lot for taking out your time to write feedback for us. Now I would really like to remind you that I had shared all my policies about design changes/ drafts/pricing beforehand which I always do with all my clients. I was transparent with you at every stage of work. Not only, I did endless number of changes for you initially but also took your feedback every time. It was you who was never sure what you wanted. Initially, you kept asking for a discount to which i agreed. Then you kept asking for major design changes to which i again agreed. and then you kept on doing the same thing even after the whole video was finalized by you only. And lastly when i denied any more free changes, you started accusing me of cheating you. To which i very calmly explained to you the whole process all over again. So I really don't think that I haven't provided any services that you asked for, in fact I did more than what I was paid for. Plus, as an experienced designer, it is my job to guide my clients sometimes if I know something might not come out the way they are thinking or if something better can be done. I only gave my suggestions to you and asked for your opinions in return. For which you again snapped at me by saying that I am not open to feedbacks. While we both know that you were asking me to merely copy someone else's design. You yourself realised it and apologized for the same later on which I am really grateful for. We do have everything on Whatsapp chats. So kindly be 100% informed about how things work before accusing someone this much just because you wanted to get things done without paying anything for them. Thank you!
