One of the worst place and worst customer service I have ever seen. The staff named “NEHA” has no sense to talk to the customers. As a bride I was insulted in front of my guest and family when she used harsh tone and showed inhuman behavior. She did not even apologize later. Literally the staff NEHA and team had discrimination amongst our guests. The staff is very greedy and keeps on distributing you on your special day for extra payments and tries to ruin all your happiness. They don’t even discuss this kind of stuff prior but just distract you on your wedding The food promised to us on both of our booked days was not delivered. The quantity was less and even the quality was poor. Literally tasteless food. The rooms are the worst the electricity is hopeless the back up takes ages and we have to keep on complaining for these stupid things. The 0.5 rating is also more for them as they are the worst thing for wedding venue, don’t even think of booking your wedding here if you don’t want to ruin your whole wedding experience.

Dear Ma'am/Sir, Thank you for sparing your valuable time to review The Royal Lake Banquets and Resorts! (24 Carat Lounge) Please accept our sincere apology that you had  an unpleasant experience at the Royal Lake Banquets and Resort.(24 Carat Lounge). As you had mentioned about the Electricity problem it was MSEB load shedding going on, we do have our back up generator but has informed you earlier it takes around 5 sec to switch on and off & unfortunately on your Wedding day MSEB light was going frequently due to that you had a problem but its not in our control as our generator take 5 sec to switch on. The food & tastes provided to you was delivered from our end as promised, As we had taken feedback from your relative guest who had finished early Dinner all had given positive feedback. Just as our kitchen closes at 12:30 am and your family comes to have dinner around 12:40 am at midnight we made sure to arrange all the food & serve you till 1:30 am in midnight. As you had given Minimum guarantee of 500 guests for dinner and only 350 people turned up and you wanted 150 people food parcels. That's not our resort policy. Your Relatives were demanding a parcel of food for 150 pax that too at midnight @2:00 am. Based on that topic your side relative was a little rude with our staff for declining the parcel which led the discussion to another level from our staff. We apologize for that from our end. We have had a word with all the team members and shared your experience; based on your feedback, we have taken some corrective measures so that such things do not occur in the future. Kindly Excuse Neha as she is bounded by her duties & she as to adhere the policies of the resort I kindly request you to consider this as a one off incident which is for sure not the reflection of our usual high standards of services which we follow at the Royal Lake Banquets & Resort (24 Carat Lounge) and hope the same should not stop you from visiting us again.
