5 New Pastel Colours For Brides On Their Wedding Day!

BY Sakshi | 25 Mar, 2021 | 3772 views | 2 min read

Whenever someone says the word pastel bride, we are sure it conjures up the image of a bride in a lehenga that is pink or a shade of ivory. While there is nothing wrong with that, we ourselves absolutely adore pink lehengas in all hues, especially light ones, here’s something for a bride looking to go down the offbeat route. If you want to be a pastel bride, but do not want to don the usual popular hues, then here are some new colours for brides we spotted, that look absolutely lovely and are totally on point for a 2021 bride!

Salmon Pink

Real Bride Ayukta wore this dainty salmon pink lehenga embellished with Swakovski crystals, and we're in love- such a pretty new shade if you do not want to do the usual pinks or peaches.

Dusty Blue

Now isn’t that just a gorgeous gorgeous shade for a bride to wear on her wedding day? Dusty blue is the cool new hue for brides, and it is so so perfect for a sultry summer wedding if you’re planning to have one. We love it for just about any function, but it has its own charm for the big day, especially if it is a day wedding.

Tea Green

Real Bride Hiral's lehenga was a mix of pastel colours on an ivory base by Tamanna Punjabi Kapoor, and we love that subtle shade of green on her dupatta - something like a light mint, which we learnt is called tea green. Such a pretty new hue for an offbeat bride!

Pistachio Green

This Chikankari lehenga by Harkiran Basra is in such a pretty shade of light green- it’s pistachio green, which is subtle and so dainty for a bridal lehenga. We love how this colours wows in even monotone, which is not something we can say for a lot of hues.

Ash Brown

Now this one might or might not really qualify as a pastel, but we think it totally does, and stands out so beautifully as a bridal hue. Love the warmth of the colour, and how this one is another shade that looks gorgeous in monotone and makes the work on it stand out in such a stunning way.
