BY Garvita | 28 May, 2019 | 6391 views | 4 min read

A college time romance unfolding into a magical love story, resulting into an intimate yet exhilarating wedding can make anyone go weak in the knees! With the celebrations spread over two cities in order to get a flavor of both, this wedding was an amalgamation of vivid, glamorous outfits and a whole lot of happiness. But it didn't just stop here, as the reception had an adorable moment when the groom wrote a cutesy note on the bottom of the bride's shoes! *crying tears of joy*

In short, the couple nailed each and every attire and LightBucket Productions beautifully captured the wedding madness through their lens! We loved everything about #KartikFoundHisBag, and we're sure it'll melt your hearts too. Drive through to know inside scoop from this super cool, full of love wedding!

Meet Aditi & Kartik

Aditi tells us a little about how they met, "We met in our MBA program in Philadelphia in 2014, and he was my senior in the program."

From The Bride

After 4.5 years of dating, we decided to tie a knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony. Kartik is from Bangalore and I am from Mumbai, so our wedding was a blend of both traditions and spread over Mumbai and Bangalore.

LightBucket Productions did an excellent job of capturing our emotions on our big day. Their team was easy to work with and very understanding! They were prompt with providing the photos and receptive to certain feedback that we provided. If you are looking for a truly candid photographer, definitely go for Lightbucket Productions!

Wow - Makeup Artist Reena did my makeup for my Mumbai reception. She was great to work with! The makeup looked elegant and classy. I was specially happy with my hair and Reena's suggestion of using fresh flowers.

Tamarind tree is a beautiful venue by itself, but Mr.Satyanarayana, Gandhi Bazaar's decorations added to its beauty! Sathyanarayan knows the venue well and was able to suggest what looks best at that venue. He was very easy to work with, very dependable. He is the best choice for decorations at Tamarind Tree!

Tina was our decorator for Imperial Banquets, Navi Mumbai. We wanted a very elegant reception and Tina made sure our decor was simple and classy.

My blouse's embroidery and Reception gown's embroidery was done by Tatva Fashions. Since I am based in the US, I needed someone who could communicate with me over whatsapp and understand exactly what I want. Anu worked with me and my mom to go over few iterations of the embroidery and delivered exactly what we wanted.

Mubarak Khan has been stitching my clothes for about 15 years now! It is sure not easy to stitch bridal clothes when the bride is in the US and only comes 2 weeks before the wedding. He stitched my Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet and Reception outfits. He also stitched all my blouses! Everything was stitched to precision without me being around. All my dresses were ready before I could come. All I did was to do a final trial.

Mita from Central Baking Depot did our Reception cake. I provided her a photo of my dress and she created a three tier cake matching my dress! Mita also made beautiful Henna inspired cookies for my Mehendi!
