Best Time To Practice 'Wedding Dance With Parents'! Check Out These Videos.

BY Garvita | 05 Jun, 2020 | 845 views | 4 min read

Oh, we can't stop talking about the lockdown! I mean, this is the only topic the world is discussing right now and it is just so monotonous, but can we do anything about it? This is the reason why we keep on highlighting the brighter side of it. Yes, the wedding has been postponed to a better, later date, but you're safe with your family around. One thing that the brides have always cribbed about is not getting enough time to plan the dance sequences. And now that you have all the time in your hands, utilise it to practise, practise and more practise! Had it been a regular schedule your parents would have either juggled between too many tasks (considering they have so much to take off at their daughter's wedding) or simply opted out of it.

But it's not the case right now! Because we put on our research hats and got the coolest videos for you to take cues on. So if the dance bit is unticked on your wedding checklist, it's time to put a huge tick on it.

Whose chopping the damn onions? This one's for our 'daddy's little girl'

We know it's not easy to make fathers dance (telling it from the experience), they're shy and extremely emotional throughout the celebrations. Not that the mothers aren't but you know how they don a multi-tasker hat! *sigh* Hence we chose a choreography and song that'll not only be easy-peasy for him but emo enough to give everyone goosebumps. We bet, he won't say no to this one!

You both ought to be passionate about dance to nail this one!

Create everlasting memories by choreographing an ethereal performance with your mommy dearest. Also, this track isn't mainstream so if you wish to do something out-of-the-box, then get up and start dancing. Enough of lazing around this quarantine!

A Sangeet performance is incomplete without this track! Don't you agree? We've seen numerous performances on it, and hence added it to the list. Bookmark it right away & put on your dancing shoes! The lockdown won't stay forever, make the most of it.

A mother-daughter performance that'll scream adorable!

If you don't want a peppy track citing it's too difficult for your mom to groove on it, how about one of the most heartwarming songs, "Piya Ghar Aavenge"? The bride does the opening bit and the mother of the bride joins in between. It sounds like a great deal! Plus these steps are extremely easy to learn.

And this one's for the 'oh-so-cool' set of parents!

In case your idea is to let your parents set the stage on fire!! A blend of retro beats and modern steps a performance like this by your parents would the talking point amongst the guests. And trust us, they're going to remember it for a long long time.

We can't get over this bride's endearing performance with her mother & sister-in-law. And if you always wanted a performance like this with ze women in the house, then take cues already. The songs are easy to dance on and we're sure you won't take much time to learn the steps.

Bring in the entire fam because it's 'Galla Goodiyaan' time

Easily the most popular song at every wedding, if you plan to pull every member of your family to the dance floor. We'd suggest that your parents open the performance and the other join in halfway through. So it's time to be strict with the practice, brides-to-be!

P.S. Aanam's parents looked adorable dancing on this one. Major cheers to it :D

Aren't these videos super fun! Then what are you waiting for? Get, set, dance on!
