Glamorous Delhi Engagement With A Bride In A Pretty Fringe Lehenga!

It's not easy to pull off a lehenga with fringe details and faux fur and this pretty bride Kritika does it in style and with panache. From her beautiful blood red lips to the one-sided open hairstyle and the pretty layering of jewels - this look is our favorite this year. Apart from the outfits, it was really the decor that caught our eye, the theme is Great Gatsby and boy, was it glam or what. The venue, Andaz by Hyatt was a riot and the perfect space to host such a soiree while photography by Picture Art Company is stunning!

As a matter of fact, all the planning of my Engagement and Wedding no matter how small or big, I used WMG to research. Starting from the makeup artist I wanted to hire to the company who designed cards for us to every decor related inspiration that we wanted, it was WedMeGood all the way.
For the engagement our theme was Gatsby and the decor was done by Geeta Samuel at Andaz by Hyatt. My outfit was from Manish Malhotra and it had every bit of sparkle and drama. I chose a lehenga which was as Indian in its silhouette but western in terms of design. I was anything but a conventional bride. Sahil, on the other hand, decided to stick to a classic Tom Ford tux. From my childhood, I was very big on Bollywood and Oonchi hai building was my favorite track. At my Engagement, I decided to dance the duet with my husband on the very same track :)
