Heavily Embroidered Bridal Lehengas Are Making A Comeback!

BY Sakshi | 19 Feb, 2021 | 5244 views | 2 min read

While 2020 was all about minimalism no thanks to the pandemic, looks like in 2021, brides are more than willing to go grand. Opulence and grandeur in weddings is slowly coming back, and we are seeing more and more brides pick heavy bridal outfits with loads of embroidery and embellishment. And while that is something that wouldn't really be out of the ordinary in 2019, yes, right now, it does stand out!

And we aren't just talking about heavy embroidery on the lehenga or the blouse- these bridal outfits come with dupattas that have some breath taking work too.

Isn't that an absolute stunner? Love how the outfit is the highlight of her bridal look! While this bride picked some subdued colours, we like how brides aren't shying away from rocking heavy outfits in bright shades too.

And if pastels are more to your liking, then how about something like this with jewellery that pops too and makes a statement? And check out those sleeves!

In fact, this bride's lehenga had 101 kalis- imagine the weight of that? But we love the lehenga, and honestly, right now, over the top looks are kind of refreshing for a while!

So, what do you prefer? More simple lehenga styles or opulent ones?
