"I Tried Out 3 Beautiful Sets For My Wedding At Reliance Jewels"

BY Soha | 30 Oct, 2018 | 3644 views | 3 min read

What did you think - shopping for your bridal jewellery is like those last minute, whim-drives to the mall? That all you have to do is enter the showroom and voila, sorted? Ay, we wish it was that easy!

Bridal shopping can get pretty challenging. After all, doesn’t everything start looking the same after you’ve stopped at more than two stores?

So, when bride-to-be Suchita was hopping from store to store in the city to find the perfect bridal jewellery for her big day, we decided to tag along. We went straight to Reliance Jewels, Gold Souk Mall, Gurgaon, to look at what all they had in store for us, and boy, were we surprised!

If you follow us on Instagram, you would know that Suchita had a ball and enjoyed every bit of the pampering, all the while trying everything at the store! But could she find her dream jewellery set? Over to Suchita for the details. Go on, take a look at all the drama!

*****

Hi girls, I am Suchita! An MNC professional, but lately you can only find me on Delhi roads, hopping from one showroom to the other, shopping for sarees, shoes, bags, makeup, and what not! No no, don’t get me wrong, I am loving all the attention, but looking for the right things can get pretty difficult. Choosing my bridal set was a daunting task, especially when I had so many stunning designs around! So when I stepped into Reliance Jewels to try on some sets and looks, this is what happened:

Look 1.

A gold choker, complimented by a long, beaded necklace - this set was nothing like the ones I had seen on any bride, ever! Temple jewellery wasn’t a part of my plan, but this set really got me thinking. I loved the fine beads on the pure gold choker, which gave it a stunning contrast. The look was completed with a matching pair of pearl-drop, gold earrings.

Look 2.

The next look was a combination of pure gold with semi-precious stones. This gold choker piece was inspired by nature, with leaf motifs and a flower in the centre while the rani haar was a combination of gold with fine pearls, to complete the look! But the best part of this was the jhumki style earrings, with dangling pearl strings that were so stunning! I loved how this set met all my layered jewellery dreams.

Look 3.

The USP of the final set was it’s unique look - cluster of bell shaped designs that immediately grabbed my attention! This multi-faceted design was encrusted with polki and had an antique finish.

So, which one do you think she loved the most? Well, it was this one!

Yep, Suchita had her heart set on the temple jewellery set which was a charming mix of a studded choker with a beaded haar which we think perfectly complimented her blush pink lehenga by Sunehri!

"Guys, this has been the best shopping experience so far (and trust me, I have had many). Reliance jewels had an eye-pleasing collection that any bride would want to add to her box. Thank you WedMeGood for giving me such a loving memory!
