Stunning Lonavala Destination Wedding With A Dash Of Elegance!

The best of weddings are the ones that really know how to dream up new and exciting things for us. And this beautiful destination wedding in Lonavala did just that. Let's talk about the best things we saw, shall we? The pretty hashtag marquee lights at every event, the picture welcome sign at the wedding with the bride and the groom and of course, the bride's wedding lehenga designed by her. The jaimalas in myriad hues on a beige lehenga were the talking point alongside the fun Haldi tees for the whole fambam. So much awesome in one place! The venue, Della Resorts, Lonavala made for a great space to indulge in while photography by Romesh Dhamija made sure the candidness came out in all the pictures!

Della Resorts is an amazing luxury hotel that gave our guests a very cozy feel! The staff were excellent and catered to every need, the rooms were very close and outdoors. Our manager Tarun was so helpful and made our planning meetings so easy! The Head Chef, Jeni, (who was previously the Head Chef for Mumbai restaurant Chain SOCIAL), made the most incredible food that all of our guests absolutely loved!
Nina Ubhi, my makeup artist who flew from Dubai was really professional and listened to everything I asked for. She advised me on things and was really flexible. I got so many compliments on my looks!
Hiral at Sammohi is fantastic! She was very patient with my fussiness and understand exactly what I wanted. Even though I was in London and she's in Mumbai, she sent me lots of update pictures as my bridal outfit was being made which was so helpful. I could fully customise it and she accommodated for last minute changes.
What an amazing team of photographers and Videographers we had at Romesh Dhamija!! They listened to what I said about how I like pictures and have captured such incredible intimate moments. The photos are beautifully edited and have provided us with lifelong memories. Govind, who made our same day edit trailer fully understood us as a couple and was able to capture our 3 days in the most special way.
Bhoomi Events, our wedding decorators are on the panel at Della Resorts and have a great knowledge of the hotel. They were very patient and took the time to send lots of back and forth emails to understand exactly what I wanted.
