We love bachelorette parties and we sooooo loveeee DIY parties. That's why when this beauty checked into our inbox, we practically had our eyes popping out of our sockets. The maid of honour, Bindiya knew a thing or two about throwing a cool and fun do for her sister, the bride. It was a "Trip Around The World" themed party with a cute luggage-shaped cake, lost of blackboards and such cute travel-themed mason jars filled with goodies. "A year prior to today I thought being a maid of honour is the easiest job a sister is asked to do, Definitely wrong. It's hard, very hard. You have to be on top of your game and make sure you are doing the best. There is a lot of self-pressure to make the festivities special for your Bride.
Being a wedding invites designer, I wanted to do most of the things DIY. My dad and uncle took care of all the food (benefits of having chefs in the house), where I did the decorations. The theme for the bridal shower was traveling since we all traveled from New York to New Delhi for the wedding" adds Bindiya.
