We had team AP for our wedding festive.. As per our brief they came back to us with event planning, we were amazed by their detailing from venue to menu designing to entertainment plan, every small agency planning they did. I really appreciate Mr. Amit & Team for their efforts to make my wedding a day to remember for lifetime. Every family member & friends enjoyed throughout. We can't thank enough.. Cheers..

My sister ‘s wedding was in Udaipur. We had AP Events on board for everything we needed in wedding from decor to entertainment to all rituals requirement & they were a great support for shopping in wedding outfits. They did a fantastic work, everything was just perfect as we wanted, the day was like a fairy tale dream which came true only because team AP Events gave everything as promised. Management was on point. Room checkin, logistics & sending gifts in every function - mind blowing hospitality. The shadow team was totally friendly, 24*7 they were always on their toes handling the coordination with make up artist, photographer for portraits & most important helping in getting ready, they made us enjoy every moment of wedding. Thank You Amit Bhai for the perfect planning & entertainment.. Ms Nikita you did a fantastic job, Coordinating for every small needs & fulfilling last moment needs. Your patience is commendable. Mrunali was so sweet that she took care of Dadi & Nani like a daughter from pulling the wheelchair to made them have food on time and gave medicine reminder and made sure they were at venue whenever required.. Jaimin, Preeti, Kajal & all others thank you for everything you did for us.. You all were awesome.

First time I ever witnessed such well-planned wedding & execution was on point. The location, food, decor theme & the best thing Photo Booth in every function everything was just amazing! I specifically like the way they transitioned from Mehendi function to Sangeet & then after party which lasted till morning 4:30. keeping us engaged with entertainment and not having any hiccups.. highly recommend! The flow of the event they ran was so smoothly and professionally from beginning to end!

Absolutely professional with sheer perfection. I have seen their creativity and utter perfection in every detail of my brother’s wedding. AP events managed all pre wedding functions and the main wedding and the reception events and all my guests are still cherishing the delightful experience they had starting from the hospitality to entertainment to food to decor everything was simply mind blowing.
