This decorator is a Hit and Miss. Multiple issues cropped up in the initial stages - in terms of quality, elements, the team being too busy to meet us etc. Eventually, Tivoli had to intervene to sort the matter and assure us of the quality. Reluctantly, we went ahead with him. Fortunately, on the day of the function, everything seemed to be in order. Well, Almost in order! Can skip if you have other options.

I was forced to book them as my Decorator. They're an Inhouse Decor Team of Tivoli Garden which were pushed down to us to book them, as they donot allow any outside vendors and allow only their panel vendors. Cons - Costings - Their prices and costings are much higher, as compared to other Decorators of the City. The Venue wasn't ready on time on my cocktail function, the time given to the guests and their team was 6 PM and the decoration wasn't ready till 7:30 PM , while the guests had already arrived. Pros - The designs and things were as discussed and the final outcome and presentation looked great. Surbhi from their team is great and we can recommend her. Her boss is stubborn , wouldn't even listen to the client even if they themselves are at fault, They didn't make our venue ready in time and instead of being apologetic, he was in his own sweet world.

Ours was a Kashmiri wedding, so we wanted a touch of our culture in the creation. They provided us with the ultimate experience for decor when it comes to couture decor and touches for your wedding. Amantra knows how to give your idea life. Almost a year after our wedding, our guests still mention of how beautiful our wedding decor was done. Thankyou .
