Was initially surprised to find such a vendor in Kolkata and therfore apprehensive too. Nevertheless, gave it a try for my family function. Females from the family really liked the products. What I loved though most was the customer service. They were quick to respond and incorporated our suggestions and product customizations well (family members had tonnes of them! Haha :D).
