PLS READ THIS POST BEFORE BUYING YOUR WEDDING LEHENGA FROM THIS PLACE I don't even want to give one star to this highly overrated store. I bought my wedding lehnga well in advance since I don't live in Delhi and also planned to pick it much before the wedding because of the same reason. And thank god I planned it this way or else I would have been forced to wear a much substandard product which didn't match a bit what I ordered. At the time of fitting as they got the lehnga in the room I told them it's not the same as what I ordered. Still the manager tried her best to convince me that it's the same. She gave all the random reasons that there is a lighting difference in the fitting room and thus the lehnga looks different. After at least 2hrs of debate the manager agreed to call for the original lehenga from Chandni Chowk store. Later, once the original lehenga was there to compare they agreed that the embroidery and the base color was not the same; they also agreed to make another Lehenga as early as possible. Even the second lehenga was not the same but was much better so I accepted. I wore a cheaper version of the original Lehenga and paid the full price. Since I belong to the same industry and understand the day to day working of the garment industry I can update you with some important points: 1. The products which you find at the Asiana Couture are not their designs. It's a curation of products from different production vendors. They take orders and pass on to them. 2. In such a situation Asiana doesn't have control over quality and thus some of us get very different products from what we actually saw at the store and ordered. 3. Also the pricing varies from store to store. My lehnga was priced 25% less in one of the Bangalore stores (https://www.samyakk.com/). And since the starting price for a lehenga at Asiana is 200k, it was a decent amount I over paid to this highly unprofessional brand. 4. I am sure Asiana doesn't have a quality team at their Noida office also to check if the bride's are getting their dream lehengas for which they have over paid the price. In conclusion, I would just say that the store is highly unreliable and you can't trust them with your life's most important outfit.

Asiana Culture Chandani Chowk Delhi(Shop No- 1854/55, First Floor, Main Road) is completely fraudulent. My family booked a lehenga and paid 25000 INR in advance. After collecting advance, they never answered calls in the last 2 months. When I visited their Shop, I got to know Asiana Culture has been CLOSED for the past few weeks and they have gone with the money of lots of other customers. All of their contact numbers are switched off. Guys, please be aware of such fraud people from Chandani Chowk.

THEY CHEATED ME FOR RS. 50,000. Rude. Cheats. Bullies. Horrible humans. The context: I chose a wedding lehenga, confirmed it with a 50,000 Rupees advance. Within 3 days realised it is not the one for me, so called to replace the order of 2.4 lacs worth lehenga with any other merchandise worth the advance of Rs. 50,000 from their store. But the Asiana couture store manager lied about the lehenga already being under process (just within 3 days), rudely dismissed my request, insulted my mother and refused to let me buy anything else in place of the lehenga and never gave me back the 50,000 Rupees. 4-5 months later I get a call from one of their entry level staff, informing me that the work on the lehenga has not been started yet and will not start until I have made a full payment of Rs. 2.4 lacs. Their lie was caught but they still did not admit their deceit. They still did not let me use my advance amount to buy anything else. Never have I ever seen more money-minded, disrespectful and soulless businessmen who have no work ethics, no emotions, no rationality and no decency. It is my sincere request to Asiana Couture even after 3 years, to show a sense of humanity and honesty by at least allowing me to rightfully spend my own hard-earned money on something else from your store. Let’s see if the management has changed for good or if if chooses to turn a blind eye yet again. How truly heartbreaking

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Staff is obnoxious. Prices are 2 -4lac for lehanga's that are not worth it. The shop is difficult to access. The overall experience is pathetic.

I bought my wedding lengha from Asiana couture. I was in communication with Dev Sir, he was extremely helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for in a wedding outfit. The staff were able to customize certain details of the outfit. All of the staff were so friendly. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Asiana. There's no store that can beat them. The kind of designer lehengas they have..its simply superb.

Would love to share my experiences as a customer with you . Loved the first visit i had at asiana couture , almost had the expectations of finalising my outift for the big day . But the second time , i visited the store and i took an appointment by calling on call . They told me to come at the time and i got my appointment bur instead again after waiting for 2 hrs and coming to them 3 times again and again to ask i had the most rude reply from the manager “ MR. DEV DUTT “ was so rude to talk to me and told me as if i should have taken an online appointment and all salesman were bussy and couldnt show . It was so disrespectful to wait for almost two hours and getting so much disrespect from him . He came down after listening to me when i had a temper and talked so rudely saying what not rubbish !!! Beautiful and wide variety of bridal lehngas. But lehngas very heavy weight. Space is very cramped and not very easy to shop. Final stitchings were done well.

Save your money and your time. AVOID going here at all costs because they clearly don't care about their clients time. I went here thinking it would be a great place to get my wedding clothes as well as my families clothes. Made the appointment and went and waited. After 1.5 hours of waiting even when I had an appointment they still wouldn't see us. So I walked out. Making people wait even though you gave them an appointment and confirmation is disrespectful and I saw your sari's and they were mostly overpriced cheap quality organza saris. Save your time and money and go to these other stores in the meantime: Sudhair Bhai Saree Wala in Chandni Chowk, Frontier Raas, Ejaaz Couture, Bombay Selection (great mendhi/haldi clothes), Diwan Saab for mens clothes, The Raymond showroom for suits and tuxes, House of Gungaat, Royal Rivaaz. Oh and if you go outside of Delhi and go to Jaipur, try Pratap & Sons, their designer dresses and prices are to die for. Basically shop everywhere but here because they don't treat you right. At this point they're valuing brand over quality and charging 3-5 lakhs for dresses worth less than 50,000 rupees.

overcrowded and mismanaged store with just one trial room for 10+ women trying lehengas at the same time. the staff did not let me try more than 2 lehengas during my appointment which was annoying because you cannot select a wedding lehenga worth lacs by trying just 2 outfits and then being forced to choose from them. wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I visited the store in March 2021 and placed an order for two lehngas, one from marwar couture and the other from some designer called Ambika couture or smthng...now comes the best part, for the Ambika one I was made to try a lehnga with a certain blouse combination and later on after a few weeks and after repeatedly asking for the video of my trial outfits (ah! well, they don't let u take pictures which is extremely and understandably stupid considering most of the marwar couture lehngas are already shared by them on their insta profile) I was told that they have lost the video because the phone got damaged...well so much for data maintenance considering that is the only proof of the outfit combination u were made to try...after repeatedly requesting to share the pic of the sample outfit the image shared with me for the Ambika one had the blouse totally different from the one I tried and mind you all they absolutely don't give a damn in the world that how the entire thing will fuck up your functions....I was fortunate enough to receive both my outfits before my wedding which is thankfully in November coz I have time to waste and run around like a maniac in the markets of Delhi to get a blouse and dupatta designed that would actually go with my lehnga...I guess they are so used to making sales throughout the day that it doesn't matter to them if they are ruining a lehnga worth lacs or someone's wedding event ... P.S. I remember reading the reviews on wedmegood before I shopped and thought probably the people with bad reviews were the ones who shopped right in the beginning of pandemic and their outfits were ruined but man!! I was sooooo wrong and I feel so damn stupid for ignoring those reviews... they are a professional at randomly ruining the outfits and they wouldn't even flick an eye over that...! Please Please save your time, money, integrity and energy and visit literally any other couture store but them

If you wanna get humiliated, if you wanna show your body to 4-5 random guys, if you wanna feel insulted then only go to this store for buying your lehnga which you are going to wear on the most important day of your life. There is a saying jaisa owner waise employees and you will get to see that here.... Owner of this place "Ankit Keyal" is the most arrogant and disgusting person i have ever came across in my life. All the staff will talk to you as if they are doing a favor by selling you their product. Even if we go to buy casual clothes, we take more than an hour but here you have 45 minutes my love to get your dream attire and if you fail to find it then you can leave. Also, don't expect them to show more than 2-3 lehngas in those 45 minutes and they will make you wait for at least 20 min in one lehnga that you have tried. If there would have any section for bad customer service in law then i would have sued them and dragged them to Police but unfortunately we don't have one. Also, i didn't wanna waste my time on these idiots anymore. So all the beautiful brides out there, please don't get mistaken by Instagram darling as none of you deserve such harassment to buy a good wedding outfit.

If it was possible for me to give a zero star review I would do that, the receptionist was really rude to my mother, all of us visited the showroom with the intention of buying some quality pieces but after making us wait for more than 1.5 hours, the receptionist literally walked up to my mother and screamed at her for complaining. 10/10 would not recommend.

On a personal note i am blessed and lucky that i chose PayalKeyal Luxury Designer Lehenga for my D-Day.. the details and the intricate design was beyond words. The color created the aura altogether on a different level. A girl since her childhood may not dream of anything else but her bridal lehenga once in for life and it made my dream come true.. every day i am seeing my lehenga and i am falling in love all over again!!❤️ i really can't thankyou enough! I was mesmerised by the designs of Payal Keyal on social media and really wanted to wear one of their outfits for my wedding ceremonies, but the services that Asiana gave me was pathetic. Prableen was treating us like she was assisting some “gawar’s” and was making faces the moment we told her that I had already bought the wedding outfit and was looking for something for my Engagement. The rest of the assistants were very pushy and judgemental. While I was trying the outfits she was telling my mother and sister on how many outfits they sell per day,” hamare toh 50-60 lehenge roz ke bikte hai hame toh time hi ni milta and all that”. I told Prableen that I wanted to video call my father and brother and she didnot allowed that to happen and when my mother told her that please take her measurements as we like the outfit and would confirm it by Monday as we had to go back to Punjab the same day (Saturday) she told us that would not be possible (very rudely and rolling her eyes on us the whole time) and she would only take measurements once we pay her the advance. The helper who was helping me was nice in the beginning but when they realised we were about to leave and I wanted to change she literally pulled the outfit so hard from by body that I got bruises from it. I discovered Payal Keyal last year and she recommended us to visit Asiana Couture and was sure that once I come to India I would surely go and visit the store and also purchase something either for my wedding or trousseau but that was not the case because of their rude and arrogant behaviour. The receptionist was treating her fellow employees as if they are her slaves and was shouting and commenting on the work they were doing continuously that to in front of the customers. The least we as a customer expect is some curtesy and respect.

I messaged Asiana from USA regarding a few bridal lehengas, I’ve read all over that their bridal lehengas start from 1 lakh approximately, but seeing a USA number, they told me it starts from 2 lakhs. I asked them to show some pictures of the lehengas, they immediately asked for 1 lakh deposit for showing only 8 lehengas, and I must choose from those 8. I have never come across such sales policy anywhere else! What if I don’t like any of the 8?! They won’t point out lehengas in the range I wanted, their Instagram does not mention any pricing, how am I supposed to guess which lehengas are within my budget? It’s a money making scheme! Don’t fall for these scammers!

Most reviews here are fake. The sales guys are extremely rude and misbehave all the time. They will literally insult and shout at you. A bride is ready to spend 4L, literally the sales will insult you into buying the dress. Worst experience of my life. Another bride started crying in front of us because she changed her mind and they started shouting at her for wasting their time.

Very rude staff. Rather go directly to big designers like Anita Dobgre and others. People there are much nicer with better quality and collection.

They are the biggest cheats you will ever encounter in this business. They glamorize the whole shopping experience for you when you visit them for wedding shopping, they will treat you like they care about you more than anything and once you buy your dream wedding outfit from them they will try every possible way to cheat you. They ruined my wedding lehenga, they ruined the outfit I so lovingly bought from them 3 months before my wedding. They showed me their trial dress and I immediately bought it when I wore it and then they took my measurements and told they will make a new outfit for me. I did not hear from them ever again after that day until I kept on calling and trying to reach them. They never sent me the video that they took when I bought the Lehenga which they promised they would, but this is not even close to how evil they are, when I went to their store a week before my wedding to finally pick my outfit up, I found out that they had completely changed the quality of the lehenga, the design was same but a very substandard quality of the work on it, I kept on insisting them to show me the trial piece show me the video that they recorded initially when I bought the lehenga but as shameless as they are nobody cared about it, their staff is used to this kind of stuff, they know it that they cheat people like this, I met two other people the same day in the store who had the same complaint from them that the final outfit is very different from the original one. They ruined my blouse, they basically gave me a blouse which was two sized small than mine and had a deep cleavage cut which inspite of me insisting on covering it multiple times was never altered. I finally had to beg another shop to help me with my blouse and cover the cleavage section with an additional cloth and loosen the blouse for me as much as they could and since the blouse was never made for me I had to suffocate in it throughout my wedding. These people are evil and they play with people’s emotions. Please do not ever go to them for anything you wanna buy. I have never had such an experience with any shop before.

You'll find the most snooty high headed salespersons here. If your wedding is happening within 3 months, don't bother wasting your time. The salespersons won't even know which pieces can be made within required time. The owner won't even sit with you to get an idea about what you want. Also, even if you book an appointment you may end up waiting for an hour at least. And that's mentioned in their conditions.

I am so thankful that someone directed me towards their store They have ample variety in bridal lehenga and their manager Mr dev guided me so well and managed everything perfectly , cant thank him much If your budget is above 2.5-3 lacs then you should for sure visit their store :)

I bought my wedding lehanga from Asiana couture which is very beautiful without an inch of doubt but the only disappointment I faced was with this girl named PRABHLEEN who was taking care of trials at Chandni Chowk and noida . She is too bossy , doesn’t listen to client’s requirements.. she fooled me to try a Marwar lehanga which I didn’t like at all because of deep neck and this girl literally made me walk like a model for some other family. After that I visited noida for trial yesterday , she again misbehaved . The neck was supposed to be 8 inches deep which was 10 inches and she had this attitude ye abhi Thik nahi ho skta . Delivery date written on the bill was 10th nov and she very bluntly said you can’t get it before 18th ( post my departure date for wedding) . These 2 guys named MUKUL and DEV were very helpful and got my dress done with in 24 hrs . Prabhleen was very disappointing and ill mannered.

These guys are extremely unprofessional. I bought one of my wedding outfits from them, they gave me the HARDEST time one could imagine. First they force you to finalise an outfit instantly... do not give you space whatsoever. They will stand on your head while your are discussing within your family. Secondly, they are SUCH big cheaters, they made my piece in a different colour than what i had finalised !!! And at the time of trial, CONSTANTLY argued with us that we forgot the colour of the outfit. These guys do not let you take picture of the attire even after you pay the advance, and now i know why, because they change your colour and design later on, according to what is available to them. Their staff is sooooo rude, you would never find such people elsewhere. Pls save yourself from this headache... i repeat, SAVE yourself from this horrendous place. Right from dealing with their stupid, dumb receptionist, to their sales man you will have to deal with the dumbest and most unprofessional staff on the face of this earth ! As a brand, not only do the clothes matter but also how the staff behaves is important. My experience with Asiana Couture was a bitter sweet one. The outfit was great however the management was extremely rude and were not at their best behaviour. I went to Asiana Couture after visiting a lot of other famous stores in Chandni Chowk but found their collection was very vast and beautiful. The lemon yellow lehenga I selected was unique, which I wore on my mehendi function and I chose a really pretty black and grey lehenga for my sangeet. Their handwork was good and prices were really apt for such a beautiful designer outfit.

Beautiful collection, one of the finest you will find not only in chandni chowk but all over Delhi. Bought my wedding lehenga from here , and had I not already bought my sangeet outfit I would have bought that too. You have to take an appointment to se the collection and I reccomend visiting bout 6 months before the wedding ! So happy with how my outfit turned out even wth a colour customisation.

I had the worst experience of my life at Asiana Couture. Had bought a lehenga from them in the month of feb. My marriage is on 16th May, I was supposed to get my lehenga on 7th May. But now they have stopped replying to my message and calls. After repeated instagram posts the only reply I got is that I may take legal action as my lehenga is not ready. The least they could have done was to pick up my phone and inform me the correct status of the lehenga so that I could have made alternate arrangements. I'm left with no option than to run to other places at the last minute to make alternate arrangements now. Please never ever go to asiana. Im attaching the receipt of my lehenga and their instagram conversation where I'm simply asked to take a legal action.

They have great collections, no doubt. After my wedding shopping, I returned to the US was worried about alternations. I took them less than 3 months to make the Lehenga and it was beautiful!! My mom brought the Lehenga when she came to the US/Mexico for the wedding and it fit me like a glove. Saved me a lot of time/last minute anxiety. Source

Everyone told me that there is no point going to Asiana Couture because there is no way they will deliver the lehnga in less than ten days. To my surprise, the lehnga that I liked there was already in the works and they did deliver the lehnga in less than 10 days. I was extremely happy with their service. I chose Asiana on my third trip to CC. I admit that I’m fussy but that’s only because I didn’t want to wear anything but the best (in my budget!). It started in MID-JULY for a wedding in November. After placing my order, I had clearly mentioned that I don’t live in Delhi and will make a trip in September for a trial, which was noted down and promised to be adhered to. And that’s when the trouble started. I had to follow up THRICE for a picture of the lehenga (they don’t let you take pictures when you place the order, even though you pay a 50% advance!) after the rigorous follow ups, I get a picture which is blurry! I ask for another one - they zoom in on the same one and send another picture! But I didn’t bother, I knew what I had ordered, and I was assured that they’d make the same. For the trial; I followed up in the first week of August, sent a reminder in the third week, and finally in the first week of Sep! All 3 times I was assured that it’ll be ready. Fast forward to the weekend before I was supposed to fly (end of Sep), I CALLED them and they assured me that I can come on the following Monday for a trial and that I should confirm the time the following day. When I called them the next day, I was told that my lehenga won’t be ready until the following Thursday. I was livid (obviously!)! Fortunately, I had a contact who knew the owner so I managed to reach his assistant (I mean you can reach Sabyasachi but you cannot reach Ankit, the owner!) After completely losing it on her, she assures me that it’ll be done on Tuesday. So, I postponed my flight from Monday to Tuesday evening. When I reach there on Tuesday at noon, it hasn’t even arrived from their workshop, which is in noida / Okhla / god alone knows where! My mom and I waited for FOUR HOURS .. and finally it arrives. But alas, it only has the lehenga and one chunni. The blouse piece (unstitched!) and the second chunni are still on their way. We continue waiting. Another hour passes. Apologies are flowing; random dhoklas and chaat are being brought it; but Mr. Ankit has no sense of apology. He doesn’t even bother to come down from his throne. Finally at 5 pm; it arrives; I do one trial; take my blouse piece and swear never to return. I missed another flight. Got my blouse made through someone else, who did a much better job than Asiana would have! The only reason I’m giving it 1.5 stars is - 0.5 is for the lehenga. It was indeed beautiful. 0.5 for the owner’s assistant for her effort. And 0.5 is for the Haldiram’s dhokla! I wouldn’t suggest Asiana to anyone!

We went to Asiana Couture for my wedding shopping and I bought all my outfits for the wedding from there. I would say, I have saved a lot of money and also got the best of the outfits as well.

We got lehenga from Asiana Couture.This is a really nice showroom. They have a huge collection and tons of variety with different fabrics and textures. The fitting of my lehenga was quite decent and loved the packaging as well. Great place.

I searched a lot of lehenga and finally chose 2 lehengas. I was confused between the two; both of them had a very different colour. I like a lot of pastel colors. The base was very nice and it had pink and peach combination. The colours were very striking.

BEWARE OF THE FRAUDSTERS AND CHEATERS!! NEVER EVER...i repeat...NEVER EVER rely on these guys for your special day because they will go out of their way to ruin it for you. I placed an order for a Payal Keyal lehenga from Asiana Couture, worth approximately 3 lakhs on 5th July 2019 for my wedding on 23rd November. Till the time the sale was not made, the staff was on their best behavior - extremely courteous and polite (note: only with customers; the receptionist was extremely ill mannered in her way of talking with her store clerks, passing comments like - "pehele kaam kar, khana nai khayaga toh mar nai jayega" - in front of customers). They took more than 50% from us in advance. I was promised a delivery date of 11th November and the Manager, Dev had asked me to follow up and remind him in last week October. I followed up with him in October last week and he asked me to call up at the reception on 3rd November. I called several times, but my calls were disconnected 5 times after puting me on hold for several minutes. After calling umpteen times, I was told that they will get back to me with a status update. When I got no call back, I mesaaged Dev, who told me to follow up again on 7th November. On calling the store on 7th, the same process of cutting calls and promising call backs for status updates was repeated. I tried reaching Dev several times, but he either cut my call or did not answer. On 11th November, i.e. the date of final delivery, right before leaving my house for trial, i decided to call the store to let them know I'm coming and that they should keep everything ready since I'm short on time, only a week before my wedding. I was then told that my lehenga was not ready and that it was delayed by 5 days. when i refused to accept such excuses of delay, the receptionist, Prabhleen, told me stories about how there had been a strike in the factory and also that the factory was closed due to delhi pollution. During the conversation she kept juggling between claiming the lehenga will be delayed by 3-4 days....and then saying by 5 days. Finally, when I caught hold of Dev on whatsapp call and told him i was upset about the delay, as well as, about how they did not care to inform me about such issues arising earlier, even though i had been trying to reach him and the store since weeks, he told me that apparently i shouldnt have called him or contacted him at all and that it is not his job to take calls. Apparently, he never takes any calls. Great customer support service i must say! At one point, we got a call from someone saying they would only be able to deliver my lehenga on 25th November (my wedding was on 23rd November). To add cherry on the cake, we were also asked to send them a snapshot of our wedding card as proof of the wedding date (because apparently we could be lying to them!). All this, when we had already paid 2/3rd of the cost of the lehenga, 5 months back! (it appears that Ankit's primary business is to actually pick money from the market and earn hefty interest, not designing and selling lehengas; with 90 lehengas delayed and starting price of lehengas being minimum 1 lakh, you can easily do the math of the amount of money he made! I hope Income tax officers are reading this). After several conversations, Dev gave us a commitment that he will make sure the lehenga is delivered to us on 16th, since my engagement was on 17th and I needed the lehenga on the day of my engagement for a puja ceremony. Dev also informed us that apparently it was not just my lehenga which was delayed, in fact 90 other lehengas were delayed due to potential payment issues. All this while the owner, Ankit Keyal, was not approachable. I, once again, fell in their trap and believed him. On 15th November (one day before the new promised delivery date, my mother tried to contact Dev to no avail. We were then informed by the reception that he was on leave and not reachable. Another nightmare began when this time again I was informed that my lehenga is not ready and that it will be delivered on 17th. Somehow, we contacted Ankit Keyal through Insta, who then informed us that the lehenga cannot be delivered before 20th. This time, the cause of delay was a fire in his production unit, which in fact killed 2 workers, even though there was no news on the media on this subject. (Note: I read several reviews online about asiana, where customers had received similar excuses for delays in the past, so it appears its either a lie, or a trick to fetch money from insurance agencies. INSURANCE COMPANIES, i hope you are reading this!) My parents were extremely stressed and decided to go to the store. When my mother cried at the store, they increased the volume of music, so that the noise wouldnt reach the customers on the 2nd floor. Ankit claimed that the lehenga was under production and will be ready by 20th. He showed a picture of a lehenga under production which was not even my lehenga (the lehenga I ordered was red in color, while the picture shown to us was of a pink lehenga with Rajasthani style work; moreover the lehenga he claimed was mine, was in fact cheaper in cost than my lehenga). At this point, my parents realised that the entire Asiana team was trying to take us on a ride. Had we fallen for their tricks this time, they would have delivered a wrong, cheaper lehenga to us on 20th, and we would have had no other option than to use that lehenga for the wedding function. By 20th, we would not have had the option of going out to buy a new lehenga either. After alot of arguments, Ankit told us to take the refund. We got our money back, but had to go through the torture of finding a new lehenga exactly one week before the wedding. Because of Asiana's mismanagement, treachery and unprofessional behavior, I had to buy a lehenga off the rack for the most special day of my life. These guys certainly know how to make the life of a bride and his family members miserable.

I will give it even less than this if possible... They have ruined my wedding celebration.. I have to sit there for more than eight hours for getting my lehenga done.. despite of calling them again and again.. Nd worst case is with my mother in law.. they have dispatched it after wedding... When we asked them to cancel that order as we have no use of it.. they refused to merge the amount of both bills, they compel us to buy the lehengas on their conditions. The stuff they used is of worst quality, fitting was of someone 5-6 size above my mother in law.. she can't even be able to wear it in reception too. It is highly recommend to go to this shop only if u want to waste ur money... Or want to purchase cheap stuffs in higher prices... They show us something else Nd give us something else... Regretting buying the stuffs from them.... So it is advisable not to visit this place ever...

I have never faced such a bad customer service for something which I paid for. As much excited I was for my wedding lehenga, these people killed it by not being responsive. My trial couldn't happen because the outfit was not received by a supplier. Fine, atleast own up for it. My wedding date was here but my outfit wasn't even dispatched. And the reason given is, it is coming from Kolkata there was a Durga Pooja so you know how it is there. Diwali came and went. 1 week after Diwali should I buy this as a excuse? Everytime I called and followed up all this while the standard reply was we are checking and we will get back to you. No one replied ever. And everytime I called back to know they were still clueless.

I visited this store in April to look for my bridal and Sangeet lehenga. Positives: Really good collection. Negatives: 1. WORST customer service ever. YOU being the customer will have to call them 20 times to know where the hell is your order. 2. After having ordered a lehenga way back in April end, I was given the delivery date as August 12th. But even 2 weeks after Aug 12th, store people were clueless about the status of my lehenga. One lady actually told me in August end that 'Ma'am I don't have any status from the back-end about the status of your order'. If this won't freak you out, then I don't know what will. My lehenga was delivered ONE MONTH late. 3. The owner of the store Mr .Ankit Keyal is the most rude person you will ever come across. He only cares about whether you have paid the full order money or not. I was shocked to hear the owner of a store being so arrogant and rude towards his customer. FINAL REVIEW- Ladies , save yourself the trouble and please please don't buy your wedding outfits from this store. The good collection here is definitely not worth the headache and tension you will have to go through once you have placed your order.

I got my cocktail legengah from here by payal kelal. I love it . It was exactly as shown . The best part for me personally was the fitting. Whenever I get something made for me its always a misfit the first time and I have to revisit the place over and over again to get the perfect fir finally. I got my bridal lehenga from asiana couture, they have all types of designs and you will love each one of them. I wanted a pink coloured lehnga and not those pastel colours, so I got a bright pink lehanga for my wedding and it looked so beautiful. i received so many compliments as well. But their services are a bit slow because I received my blouse very late!

I visited asiana 6 months back for my bridal lehnga. Most horrible place to visit in chandni chowk. They literally do not have the decency to talk to their customers at all including Mr. Ankit. The staff is very rude and arrogant. My budget for lehnga was 2.5 lakhs still you will feel that it’s not worth their outfit price as they showed all old collections in that range. The way the staff behave with their customers is totally unacceptable. Highly disappointed!!

The most horrible place to ever go bridal shopping for ! I would rather go to Designer store and get something in the same range than spend money here. Starting off with the staff- the staff here is unbelievably rude and arrogant. They literally do not have the decency to talk to their customers at all. The tone is crass to a level where you feel that you’re getting something for free and they’re doing you a favour. I selected a lehenga here for 1,60,000 rupees out of which I paid 75% of it in advance which is 1,19,000. I was told that I would get my delivery on 12th of June and that too was after following up with them a zillion times. They do not answer your calls or reply to texts. If you call them more than twice they simply turn off their phones. My wedding is on the 25th of June and today on 17th I went to get my lehenga , after they rescheduled my appointment for the third time. I was told that their factory caught fire that also upon asking them for a preferred time for trail. I was told that my lehenga will only be ready on 28th June three days after my actual wedding date !! I visited their store along with my sister and mom. We were taken to a small room to talk to so that they could fool their other customers that there was nothing wrong. The sales guy who was dealing with us was not apologetic for the mishap at all. Instead he had this horrible attitude where he blatantly told us that he can’t give us a refund neither can he deliver the lehenga on the same day. Coming all the way from a different city,booking flight tickets and hotel stay,we are here to deal with such goons only a few days before my wedding. Not only this is physically tiring but emotionally we are drained out too. The worse part is that they misbehave with their customers to a level where they don’t even think of the repercussions. We went to the Chandani Chowk police station to file complaint,they were asked to come and solve the matter there. But they refused to come at all. The story can go on...I am sitting in my hotel room totally disappointed,angry and shaken by the fact that store owners have the guts to treat their customers like this. Literally the worse store in Chandni Chowk,I would never recommend this store to anyone. Wedding day is one of the most special day of your life,nobody would want to go through stress like this and deal with such dishonest and indecent people with no basic manners. A bride should never go through this kind of stress ever specially a few days before the wedding. We all know how important it is to have the perfect lehenga you dream of but this place would crush that dream into tiny little pieces without even cringing once! Since I was based in the States, I had to shop for my lehenga almost a year prior to the wedding date and couldn't get it altered until the last few days. They were very accomodating with my customizations and did my alterations on a tight schedule. The entire experience of lehenga shopping was very "say yes to the dress" made even better by the beautiful collection they had.

I got my dream lehenga from Asiana. The entire shopping experience was fabulous. They make you try on lehengas and dress you up like a bride together with jewellery and everything so you know/get an idea of how your final look will be like. I would definitely suggest this place. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Went there with my fiance only to get humiliated and duped. The entire staff including the owner is extremely rude and uncourteous. They make you wait unnecessarily even when you go there with appointment. In the era where social media is at its pinnacle, there are GOONS like Asiana Couture which exist only to dupe customers with their FAKE exuberance and glamour. As soon as you enter their so called fashion MENAGERIE, all you would witness is the LACK of professionalism, hospitality, humility, courtesy, exclusivity and originality. They are so FULL of themselves that you need to literally fill up an appointment form a week before and on your actual day you have wait for at least an hour outside to get your number. They judge you from how you look, intimates you in advance that all their “COPIED” lehengas are above INR 1 Lakh, orders you to leave if you don’t have patience to wait and shuts you up when you request them to lower down the volume of the unnecessary LOUD music they play. But the problem is not only with them but with audience like us who go their to empty their pockets only to get DUPED. I made a fool of my self when I visited them for the first time and almost finalised my WEDDING lehenga on that very day. When I went again with my family to show them and take a final decision, I was overwhelmed with their SHITTY attitude towards me and my father. The staff is HORRENDOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOUTH, UNORGANISED, UNCOURTEOUS. They started messing with my father when he asked them the reason for such a delay and to lower down the loud music they were playing and the worst part was that the OWNER was present there and did nothing to resolve the matter. I bought one of the outfits from Asiana Couture. It was a very good lehenga and I get it why the store is so popular all over Delhi. You have a nice variety to choose from and a nice range as well, I just think the price is a tad bit expensive. Rest, everything is so good about this place.

This place is horrendous . The staff is extremely discourteous. They are just ripping off people in the name of high fashion couture when all they are doing is making copies of designer’s products. Wedding shopping is supposed to be fun but these guys make it a bitter experience.

No I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. You dont get entry (despite an appointment) if you want anything less than 1 Lac. All pieces are really really heavy and very run of the mill. They have been hyped all over and thats what they are eating on. Its literally a cave and you dont want to get in there. The minute the salesman realised we want something classy, with limited but stylish work.And even if you want heavier pieces, go to cheaper stores in the market. Its a BIG NO.

I visited Asiana for my Bridal Lehenga last month and my experience was not exactly memorable. 1. I asked them to show me options within 1 Lac range and they will any way push you for upper limit by saying for good lehengas you need to spend a little more. 2. Very limited options in pastels for bridal lehengas even in higher range. 3. Biggest issue is that they do not let you make any changes in the design of the Lehenga, not even minor ones. One design may not work for everyone but they were very resistant. 4. Overpriced compared to other Shops in Chandni Chowk. 5. Staff needs to be a little more courteous.

Considering primary customers must be brides and their families, they dont even have the skills to manage issues or basic communication!! I was informed my engagement lehenga is ready, and i could come try it and pick it up. Dupatta was wrong (inspite of written instructions on order form noted by store staff themselves). Everywhere in the lehenga threads beads and other work was coming off and gaping out. Audacity of the store manager to lie and completely negate the issue- madam we never give you a finish

I bought a lehanga from here for 38k some three years back, the same year I bought a legendary from Om Prakash for 1 lakh, it was an amazing piece, still looks so new. In a very short time period their prices are skyrocketing. No freaking idea, WHY!! Om prakash has same rate range even today, but Asiana’s has rocketed, with facts that Asians has lesser variety and quality. If you want to spend 2 lakhs on a wedding lehanga please buy a designer piece, with full value, label, quality, guarantee, and much more. I don’t get it why people buy anything being sold nowadays at any unreasonable price? This is stupid and silly!

We have been to this store in the year when it initially opened. And it was a really nice store back them. Probably because it had just opened. The staff was so courteous and the material spoke for its quality and were completely worth the price. Over a period of time, being unaware of the fact how famous it had become for bridal couture I was told by a lot of friends to consider it for my wedding. And finally I decided to go. At the entry they ask you for your budget and get a form filled. I mean that is something not so courteous and customer friendly. Even then we filled and went up the stairs where they have the display of products. The person attending us disinterestedly asked us (instead of being polite ) is that your budget ( after mentioning good 1.5-2 lakhs) ??? Are you looking for your wedding or someone else?s. I mean what kind of professionalism is this ??? Even then we sat for a while until the person sitting gave me chills to have just keeping us wait for no reason. They had a huge manpower to attend customers but none of them seemed interested to pay any heed to their customers except those who really finalized things. And it was quite disappointing. After the lehengas were shown to us we realized that it really lacked the intricacy and were really shabbily done. It did not have the same quality of work that we had seen initially. After that I was asked to try and i was disgusted to see how dirty the trial clothes were and I decided to just walk off. It is such a shame for such big brands to slowly fall in the market or at least in the customer eyes because of their attitude. Briefly, I would just like to review it as a bad and unprofessional brand which lacks quality or probably has deteriorated and is highly overpriced if you compare the market where you won?t even get the same quality that you would get elsewhere around. So you must look out before finally landing here until you want to face all of this for yourself. Completely dissatisfied for the amount they charge and the kind of attitude their employees have. I bought a lehenga from Asiana for ny wedding. There were 3 problems with the product and the service. a) They delayed the lehenga by 2 and a half weeks which basically meant that it was delivered a week before my wedding date with an unstitched blouse piece so I had to run behind my tailor to get it stitched. and b) They changed the colour of the lehenga from the sample that I had seen and picked. c) Their staff is incapable of handling calls and responding to customers. One has to vist and wait there for an hour to even figure out that they have the lehenga in the store or not or is it ready or not.

I bought my dream lehenga at Asiana Couture and the best part was I only had the weekend in Delhi to do my shopping as I live in Bangalore, and was working at the time. I had to pick up so many things, as a friend had suggested a few shops in Chandni Chowk I went straight to Chandi Chowk for my lehenga. I had done a little scouting in Chandi Chwok but when I walked into Asiana Couture, the variety they had, the gorgeous pieces and in the price range I was looking for. It took me precisely an hour to walk out all thrilled and beyond satisfied. They couriered the lehenga to me on-time and with the perfect measurements. It was all so professionally done. At a time like this, there is just so much going on and I just knew I didn't have to think or worry about my lehenga at all. A must buy for all wedding outfits. Worth every penny!

Extremely unreliable. The samples they make you try will be no where near the actual outfit that will be delivered to you. If you complain (in my case I had asked the outfit be “as per sample”) they will not allow you to compare your outfit with the sample (will make excuses like it’s at the warehouse/ it’s been discarded). The whole team will try to convince you that you’re wrong and are imagining things. They will schedule your trial about 10-15 days before the wedding day so you don’t have enough time to find another outfit.

My in laws gifted me my engagement lehnga from Asiana Couture and ofcos I was along in selecting the one for me. I was amazed with the variety of lehnga available with the outlet and category ranges from cultural blend to fusion between modern and traditional. I came to Asiana Couture back in November 2017. I had looked them up and was following them for a bit on social media. So when I flew into India, I was super excited to go here and buy all my outfits. I ended up getting my wedding outfit from somewhere else (and thank god I did that), but I got my mehndi and another outfit from Asiana. This was the biggest mistake ever. I regret it and wish no bride has to go through this headache with them like I did. My mehndi outfit was designed by Payal Keyal. I had told them I won't be able to come back to pick up my outfit, since I live in USA. They seemed very friendly and willing to work with me and were okay with my aunt picking it up. During my first visit when I picked the outfit, I told them i didn't want the long open back, they totally ignored my suggestion. I waited 2 month for my outfit to be ready. They didn't even bother to call me, I had to constantly follow up with them to confirm if my outfit was ready. My aunt picked up both of my outfit and sent it to me. Her biggest mistake, she didn't check my outfit when she left their store. The mehndi dress I had picked, the color and the design were totally changed. When I called the store and messaged the manager, he told me its due to lighting. Really? How stupid do you think I am. I will not be shopping here. These people are ridiculous. The manager still hasn't returned my messages. The Payal Keyal outfit my mom and i had fell in love with, is now a headache for me to find another outfit. The work went from silver to pure gold and the color became more bright and peachy. The fabric didn't even feel the same. You would think the fabric you tried on in the store won't be as good compare to the new one they are making for you, but the fabric used on my outfit was even worse. i had called them after to ask for detach sleeves and a dupatta. They gave my aunt the depatta, but tried to play it off that I never said anything about the sleeves. If that was the case, how do you remember I wanted the dupatta but forgot the sleeves. My other outfit is the way I saw it (thank god), fabric could have been better for what you are paying for though. The back, well they ignored my Suggestion. So now I have to get another mehndi outfit all in a month since my wedding is around the corner. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY OUTFITS FROM ASIANA OR PAYAL KEYAL. I rather spend the extra money and trust the right people then someone like Asiana. Again, biggest mistake ever. Also, they don't let you take any pics after you purchase the outfit, they send you this blurry pic of the outfit you tried on after 10 days. Why? So when you get the original outfit, you can't figure out if anything has changes since months go by. I am not the only one who had this problem with them. I have heard others did as well. Thanks a lot for causing more stress in my life Asiana. Especially brides that live outside of India and cannot make it back to try on their outfit like I couldn't, don't trust these guys.

With my brother's wedding waiting to knock the doors, I was confused about the dress to be worn. Then, I landed at Asiana Couture in Chandni Chowk and the magic happened. Felt spellbound by the mesmerizing beauty of every dress displayed. I selected a a heavily embroidered lehenga and wanted to change the color to sky blue. And Asiana was great enough to incorporate my requirements. Since there was a month only left for my brother's wedding; I asked them to deliver 2-3 days before. They promised to deliver on time and they really did so. I am so thankful to Asiana Couture for relieving me from worries and giving me one of the most outstanding dresses I ever had.

Collection is decent but I have one complaint. They have just one female staff to help you with changing blouses who is inside trial room. Rest all the staff that dresses you/ drapes the dupatta are males. Not everyone is comfortable with this arrangement. I was not! Note that I’m not complaining that they were unprofessional or sth. Just it is a matter of comfort and awkwardness.

Asiana has some fancy and good collection. But absolutely no sense and courtesy for customers. Real bad customer service. No phone calls even if the outfit is ready. Had been 1 month that my outfit was ready but there was follow up or even a single call from their side to intimate me that my lehenga is ready. Very difficult to follow up with them. Extremely stressful

The collection and quality at Asiana is fabulous!! They are thorough professionals, deliver when promised and deliver exactly what is promised.. the fittings are great.. and you get what u pay for !! They make a bride’s dream lehnga come to life.. I bought all my wedding dresses from here and don’t regret it even one bit !! However I have one small request, Asiana should get more stuff in lower range for the sisters, mothers and other family members who wouldn’t want to spend so much.. also the sarees should be introduced in low range, and some stuff for trousseau should also be introduced! One major thing , please come up with sherwanis and other menswear!!!

My sister bought her wedding lehenga from Asiana. I am sorry to say that these guys did not live up to their promises, we had to visit multiple times to get the right fit, they still hadn't made the changes which we had asked them to make. The staff was inefficient and uncooperative. Every time their stress was for us to make the full payment without making the full changes. Go to this shop at your own risk, especially if you are buying a lehenga in the 1-1.5 lacs category because they don't cater to their midrange clients well. Moreover, you will be stuck with traveling to Chandni Chowk and will probably have to accept the lehenga in whatever condition they give despite the multiple visits

I got all my functions and wedding lehenga i.e, love story lehenga from Asiana Couture. They have the most beautiful Indian , Indo western and modern couture attires all under one roof. I would always recommend all the brides to go once and have a look.

I wanted a lot of customization on my outfits and they listed everything down. Since my wedding was only a few months away, they only had that time to get it done for me. I gave them my deadline and they delivered right on time to me (a week before my wedding!) and the fitting was absolutely perfect! I didn't have to get anything altered. I was baffled as I was almost convinced I would need to take something to a tailor to get fixed once I tried it on. They have a very collection and the service you get is also brilliant. The trial went off wonderfully too with no further alterations to be made. The only thing I felt missing was the blouse material is given unstiched and additional charges are pressed for stiching. Given the exorbitant amount charged for fantastic stuff, I strongly feel these minor things should be included in the package too. Rest all perfect!

the staff was rude and unsupportive. the collection is similar to other shops in chandni chowk and still they believe in marking up the price. the collection is limited and several other shops on the main road have better collections as well as access. the blatant attempt to market itself as a high end boutique in the middle of chandni chowk is laughable. the narrow alley to the shop is filled with pungent smelling waste.

For my wedding I wanted a Sabya lehenga, and I went to the sabya store and have to admit that I loved all of them but the one which I liked was over 10 lakhs so during my wedding shopping research, I came across few stores in Chandni chowk and heard about how they have exact replicas of all big designers. I went to Asiana and specifically asked them to show me only sabya copy lehengas. I dint have much hope as other stores in chandni chowk like omprakash also claim to keep replicas but they were not good quality and the price for them was pretty high too. But as the salesman started showing me the lehengas, i was surprised in how the sabya lehenga in picture from internet looked exactly same and the quality was good too. I ended up buying 2 sabya lehengas for my sangeet and wedding and my engagement gown too from the same shop. The prices are high given they are replicas but i would say its worth it.

In such a competitive market like Delhi, it's very difficult to create a brand and stand out from the clutter. Asiana has managed to do so in such a short span of time. I got my engagement outfit from there and now ordered for my wedding lehenga. I do understand that the price range is little on the higher side but trust me the workmanship and the quality of fabric is definitely worth the price. I bought a saree long time back when aisana had just started, believe you me the fabric and the work feels so fresh and nice that you just can keep your eyes off it. I think the clothes that you buy from here are " absolute assets" to your wardrobe! A must visit for every bride to be ! kudos to Ankit and the team, keep doing the great. One small feedback I have : please work on the packaging. (the bag in which you give the clothes needs an upgradation) thanks alot for the beautiful outfits.

A NEVER RECOMMENDED STORE! I will NEVER recommend anyone this place because of such a bad experience which I had personally also with my Bhabhi. - Firstly they make a big deal to give an appointment and service, I got to know this brand by WMG. The moment I called them for appointment they were too direct what time and date, I mentioned the date and time they disconnected weirdly saying OK, that time I was asking the exact location (a landmark or something) so that we can get the place easily. But leave it even after taking appointment we waited there for around 1 hour for our turn. *There was no point of keeping appointments when you don?t know how to assist them. And at least teach your reception people the basics of handling customers and calls like a simple greeting to a customer. - They have pretty clothes that are highly expensive. They have pretty outfits mostly are designer replicas. The range starts from 50K and in 50k there are few options (like 3-4 Options) then the salesman starts showing of 60k - 70k - 80k and so on? If you can afford the higher range then they will entertain you asks for snacks forcibly but when you can?t they take you for granted. The salesman will directly say that mam, itne hi pieces h aapki range me nhi toh aap apna budget badhaiye. I went there with my cousin, after showing 5-6 options they asked aap aaj hi final karenge ? My cousin said yeah most probably. Then they started showing interest and showed us more options. We stayed there for 70-80 minutes in which we got to know the idea how they treat different customers. At the end my cousin said that we liked the collection but as its beyond the budget what we have decided so I have to ask our parents and even want them to see the outfits once before finalizing. Suddenly they start forcing us to finalize it today as those outfits will not be available tomorrow or the day you might visit. *C?mon how can you force someone to buy from your shop? That time i decided that i will choose my dress from some other store and thats what i did, I bought 2 beautiful outfits from dalmia fashions thats too in chandni chowk. - There is no transparency as there are no tags attached to the products. They tell the price verbally after seeing the customer?s attire. Even they sometimes ask the other salesman what they have mentioned to their clients at that moment. *I know its weird but its true and they ask it in their code language. A lady who was sitting next to me was aware of that language and I heard her saying it to the lady next to her that they are confirming the prices in their local Chandni chowk language. Really shocking. - Discount. When asked for some discount they said we don?t have any discount feature. All outfits are sold on fixed price. But later one of my friend told me that they have tie up with wed me good as they refer clients to them. if you show some msg they will directly do 5% discount on your bill. I told my bhabhi when she called to ask for the same at the store that time the receptionist told that it is valid but at the time of booking. - Time Bound & Fittings. They ask for minimum 45 days to get the outfit ready. My Bhabhi booked few outfits there along with her bridal lehenga (Same as Sabhyasachi Lehenga). Firstly her blouse neckline changed to round instead of sweetheart what she mentioned at the time of booking. Her outfits had pathetic fittings and quality instead what they had showed us at the time of booking. We asked them to show the sample of all the 3 outfits but 2 they didn?t showed it and mentioned that some other client had ordered it so its unavailable. and the last bridal lehengas is in factory. We asked them that we want to see it anyhow so they showed us the similar piece but it was clear that the piece they showed us saying its a sample was not at all a sample piece its was of some other client as it was brand new like ours. We said the same but the salesperson kept on arguing that its the sample only then they called the owner, he was so arrogant and rude started forcing that this is your outfit and we offer this quality only. We asked for refund but they refused that its not possible. No option left 10 days before marriage, my bhabhi compromised with those outfits. We made the work filled in the gaps what was in her lehengas from somewhere outside (boutique). So that it give somewhat a nice bridal look. *Mr Keyal, remember the customer is not blind. The sample piece can?t look so new as many customers try it. At the end I would like to inform you that the owner is an utter unprofessional, they have worst customer management, they don't know how to speak to their customers-rude staff, terrible services and delivery, false promises and commitments. And one more thing you can?t expect any call from them regarding your outfit ready like a reminder call for delivery date, also when client calls either they keep the phone on waiting or asks them that they will call back in 5 minutes which never happens. They should definitely be get blacklisted and rather than getting fake reviews posted by their friends and their real customers reviews should reach to each blog to aware people what a worst store it is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and SAVE YOUR MONEY. P.S. Mostly designs are available on other stores and in far better quality and reasonable pricing.

The next best things to the Sabya lehengas were the lehengas from Asiana Couture. Even though you do get a lot of replicas in the store, their craftsmanship and quality is by far one of the superior-most in Chandni Chowk and they have a HUGE collection too! Although I'd recommend the store for their awesome collection and super sweet salesmen, I was really taken aback by the rude behaviour of the owner- Ankit Keyal. I felt he thought his store was some God's gift to womankind and this was a very big let down for me (Mr. Keyal, please tone down the attitude a little!). However, as I said, rest of the staff were super sweet and patient.Source

I got my Wedding lehenga from Asiana Couture. Their craftsmanship and quality is by far one of the superior-most in Chandni Chowk and they have a HUGE collection too! I like subtlety and my first job was to find stores that kept classy designs and did not compromise on the quality. Finally, I found ?the one? that gave me that special bridal feeling and I said yes to the dress! The lehenga I selected was called Maurya and it was in muted red with antique zardosi and dabka work. For the wedding, I was certain that I don?t want a Red Bride Look. It was only by chance that I found a lehenga in one of my favorite colors and I fell in love with it.

Very bad service. This is too overrated and it's all about marketing. I told them that I want to see lehengas starting from 50k which was written on the board but they changed that 70k in front of me and did not attend me. Chandni Chowk has much better places.
