Zero stars if I could. The worst customer service. I am ordering from the USA. Aza said they would process my return yet they sent it back to me twice. Each time the box said my return was returned because the invoice was not included. However I did include the invoice and I sent them pictures before shipping. Buyer beware. Poor quality items. And they claim to have a return policy but they will do everything they can not to process your refund. I am going through PayPal to dispute this case. Save yourself the hassle and order directly from the designer. Will cost more but you’ll get better items and better customer service. What a scam.

When I sent photos to Aza they just denied it and kept insisting its the same. There are no refunds and they will ghost and gaslight you. I paid extra to get a custom size and design but their tailors couldnt even do that and it got shipped after months with the size being way too small. I paid extra 2500INR to send back and get fixed but it got lost in the mail and now they are asking me to pay EXTRA for their ORIGINAL MISTAKE. I won’t pay any more as it’s quite cheap anyway and not worth it. If it was a quality designer, they wouldn’t make these kind of mistakes to start off with. Wasted my money. Cheap material which reflects their pricing. Don’t recommend at all unless you want to be ripped off. Should not be on this website with other quality top designers. Please consider removing them.

4 Weeks after I ordered an unique looking kurta for a wedding, I received a plain black kurta, like one I have many of already. I took a screenshot of the listing showing the unique kurta, and a picture of the kurta that I got, and asked them to rectify (let me return the one I had and send me the one I ordered). They responded a week later saying I did NOT order that unique kurta, and they DELETED the webpage referencing it. Fortunately I already took a screenshot of the original listing, but I also found the original listing on the internet wayback machine. They then told me I could return it, and they would send a label. A week later they told me they would NOT send a label, and they would not be offering a refund. Horrible experience with Aza Fashion on two separate occasions. Both times I only ordered the outfits because I was promised by customer support that they would come in time. Both times the outfits arrived so late I couldn’t even wear them to my events and had to buy new outfits last minute. Aza wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Also the outfits looked nothing like the website pictures - the actual products were cheaply made, ill fitting and with huge color variations. I will not be ordering from here again.

I had a bad experience with Aza. I had ordered a dress which took one month to make. And when I received it, the colour and embroidery were completely changed. and they had removed the sample piece to not allow comparison. I felt cheated as they had taken the entire money as advance.

Worst customer service ever for online ordering. I did most of.my wedding shopping from here. Firstly, their currency selector is broken. In spite of choosing CAD, it apparently gave me pricing in USD. After selecting everything and getting a ridiculous bill, I was told it was USD and I had to pay. No concessions, no explanation.that was problem one. Then, I got sent the wrong item (pants instead of a lehenga). They offered a concession and after weeks of chasing them I got 10% off a next order! Then, they come back and stall our delivery because apparently we owe them more money. They miscarried.us and without explaining just sent us more bills. We paid and even then there was a ridiculous delay. Apparently they said because of covid all jewelry was being sent back by customs. Which is a lie because I got many other jewelry orders from india, no problem. I even tried to cancel but they wouldn't let me. I eventually got all my stuff, but I will never shop here again. They ignore your calls and messages, have no basic courtesy and is just a nightmare to deal with.

My sister in law bought some of her outfits from here for the wedding. They have great designs and they even customise to your needs and they do a great job. The stitching and delivery was on time and we were very happy with the purchase. Recommended.

We had ordered our engagement outfits from the Designer Anju Agarwal. And it was supposed to reach one week before the event. Aza Fashion people didn't even have the courtesy to inform us. We had no time to look for an alternate option. Aza was a big disappointment for us and we had ordered things only because I've heard its name.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a yashodhara jumpsuit from aza defence colony. They promised me that they will get a brand new piece made since there were major alterations involved. When I went for my trials after following up for almost a 2-3 weeks, the piece had stains and the jacket didn't fit at all. Post, they promised that they will be getting a new piece made again but will only alter the jacket. To which I agreed. On my third visit to the store, the jacket fit but the jumpsuit was extremely tight. On my fourth and final visit, although the piece fit me, but the lining used in the lower portion was much lighter in shade than that used in the upper portion, rendering the bottom transparent. It looked vulgar and inappropriate. The quality of lining was definitely changed and poor, thinner quality was used so that the piece would fit me. I am extremely disappointed in both aza, as well as yashodhara. During my wedding preparations, I really relied on such prestigious brands since I didn't want any hassle during my wedding preparations. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of product delivered to me. I always wanted to wear yashodhara outfits since I loved the colors and the designing so much... But I am appalled to see the quality of products sold. I don't mind spending money but the quality should not be cheap... Very very saddened by this experience. I have written multiple emails to both, aza and yashodhara, but have received no response. Such is the customer service one gets from these brands and designers which charge exorbitant prices for their products! Complete waste of money

Bright, modern and LIGHT! (and a good sale price of course). And it fit like it was made for me! However, the real review for Aza services would of course be for my second outfit- the Reception outfit. It was a Peppermint Diva design. The staff was quite informed about everything that went into the outfit, were considerate towards the changes I wanted to make to the outfit- from color to embroidery. Appreciate that. The outfit took a good 2 months, since I had a lot of time on hand, no complains there. Fittings were perfect once the outfit was here. Can't expect any discounts whatsoever here. I also picked up a pair of beautiful kundan work wedges from here, to go with my sangeet lehenga! Aza has only designer wear, hence falls in the high range of bridal shopping.
