It has been a lovely experience working with the whole team that put in their 100% effort and commitment to make this wedding (or what they rightfully call it - festival of memories) happen; Shweta, Siyaa, Alaap, Mayank, Fahad! We love you guys! It all started when I did my research and found out about Baraati Inc. I was in talks with other planners too but Shweta stood out for me when she spoke to me on our first call. She was quite straightforward and structured in the way she defined the services and the timelines. Planning took about 5 months of solid hard work and Baraati was on top of everything. From responsiveness to follow ups. We didn’t have to chase them much or even ask for anything. The entire flow was made very clear to us and we followed diligently. I live abroad and was travelling to Delhi which is when I got to meet with the team for the first time. It was a lovely experience, great office space and lots of warmth by the team. Neeraj and I met up with Shweta and Siyaa for recee trip in Sri Lanka and we bonded on a personal level. The trip was well organised and we agreed upon the property (which was gorgeous by the way). We also agreed upon certain local vendors. The communication and coordination between baraati and all the vendors was a seamless experience and all follow ups were on time. With the wedding approaching, lots of hectic work was happening and Neeraj and I had made many last minute requests which baraati delivered on. They’re the YES team. ;) The 3 days in Sri Lanka for the wedding were seamlessly handled by them and by that time, the team was like our family. They had personal touches in things and had a few surprises for us, which was adorable! This team is incredibly supportive, creative and makes sure the couple feels at ease at all times. Hats off to their hard work, late nights and managing lots of back and forth. After finalizing the date for my brother’s wedding, the main thing that gave shudders to my family was how everything from pre-wedding functions to the wedding program and reception would be managed in just 3 months My father had almost closed the wedding planner vendor but I came across the profile of Baraati Inc. on WedMeGood portal and decided to meet them. In the very first meeting itself, Shikha and Shweta had impressed me with their professional skills and previously executed projects. Even the second meeting with the family went really well and we finalized them as the planners for the most awaited wedding in our family. The team Baraati is extremely professional and calm and was always there to meet us at the time of our choosing. Shikha and Daksh worked very closely with me and the newly-wed couple and made sure that the introvert couple got comfortable with them through a set of unique activities. The team helped us getting the best vendors on board – Guests and Family MUA, photography, vintage car, Jea Band, Photo booths and was also cooperative in meeting the vendors that we had shortlisted beforehand such as the sangeet choreographers. The team sent proper timelines at regular intervals so the last minute stress could be avoided. The two were highly active and approachable and responded to our queries even at the odd hours. Even if the changes were being made for the nth time, the team was very calm and made sure everything was exactly how the family wanted. They even helped me handpick the smallest of things if I was stuck in some rituals – which speaks volumes about how much they care about the clients During the functions in Jaipur, the team was very supportive to the guests – the jolly and helpful nature was appreciated by a lot of guests. Shikha’s delegation needs to be applauded for each member of the team knew what they were exactly responsible for. Another wow factor was my brother’s entry at all the 4 events in Jaipur which Shikha suggested and was loved by almost every person present. All of this including the vintage car, the baraat band, stadium shots, helium balloons, color bombs was handled perfectly by the team. Everything big and small from Vendor selection to Venue décor to Entertainment to little things such as wedding stationery, quirks, giveaways, games etc. was managed with utmost care and perfection. As far as the Delhi reception was concerned, Shikha and Daksh took the complete responsibility of getting things done so that the mood and feel was quite different. Their attention to detail, choice of flowers, colors, linen, quirks such as wedding piñata, magic booth, and marquee letters really added color to the formal reception event which was attended by more than 800 people. Shikha resonated my idea of utter and absolute perfection in the myriad of things that needed to be executed for the wedding. A fairytale wedding is what Baraati Inc brought together for my sister’s wedding. Words are not enough to thank them for their patience, grace, good judgment, and excellent planning. From the moment we met them, we connected and bonded so well. From start to finish, it was truly a pleasure working with Shikha and Shweta. This dynamic duo did the most wonderful and incredible job of putting together a day that my family and I would never have thought of. They were always available, day or night, to address our concerns, worries, or even mini bridal freak-outs. Early in 2016 I was part of the #ShalBeWed wedding, where my best friend married his now wife of two years in Delhi. The aspect of this wedding that stood out for me then and still stands as one of the most memorable experiences I've had at a wedding is the fact that despite both the groom and the bride being from Delhi and the wedding being hosted in South Delhi, Baraati Inc - our wedding planners made it so that it felt like a holiday getaway / destination wedding. The wedding was a combination of intimate events hosted at the groom's house and larger more extravagant events in SurajKund in Haryana. Baraati found an inexplicable location that was 15 mins from SOuth Delhi that still somehow carried with it the privacy and scale of a wedding that may as well have been hosted in the Aravallis. This was a wedding that could be characterised as an 'Everything Affair'. It was small and grand in scale. It was a home wedding and a holiday for every one involved. Each event was unique and bucked the traditions of an archetypical Hindu wedding. All the while still honoring the best values that represented the marriage of a Oriya-Punjabi and Up-Bihari. Baraati Inc managed to make everything run on time - which involved liasing with our vendors as well as creating personal relationships with all the guests. They basic lynchpins of any wedding - the liquor management, the decor and the transport were something we didn't worry about at all because at no point during the wedding did any of these aspects present themselves as problems. Baraati Inc planned and addressed them all. Another thing that sticks in my mindseye as a keystone of this wedding was the fact that all the individualistic asks that groom and bride made, including switching events around and asking for characteristic flairs in the processions like a motorcycle Baraat etc, were handled without a hitch. Finally I am also thankful to Baraati for the extraordinary quality of their vendor base. It was certainly beyond the abilities of any of us among the friends and family to find both value for money and the ability to cater to these personalised ideas. Baraati found a decor team that gave us a grand motif in a practical spacee. Their handpicked recommendation regarding the photography team gave us a really unique and evocative wedding album that not only captured but augmented the feel of the wedding. Their bartending crew at every event was top notch in presentation, a style and technical expertise and frankly Ive yet to see a better on ground team to handle the little issues that inevitably and invariably come up at a wedding inspite of the greatest foresight. I count the Baraati team members, to this day, among my personal friends and all of that was because of the personal nature of the relationships they cultivated during the wedding. SOmething, that no doubt stands them in good stead in the work that they do. My best to them and if anyone reading this is looking for quality, value and signature style for a wedding they may be a part of soon, I can not recommend Baraati Inc. enough. This was my first wedding. It was their 26th at the time. Sometimes, when you want a job done right - you should just go to the experts.

Thank you for first meeting me without any agenda and telling me exactly how to deal and what to expect when hiring a planner for the wedding. I wanted to highlight a few points where you as wedding planners really stood out. The both of you were absolutely professional right from the word go from the very first meeting to the last. The Baraati Inc team were always there every single time we had requested for a meeting and you kept your calm explaining things over and over again to my parents, sisters, and other family members. The two of you never once showed a lack of patience or lost your cool. Shikha & Shweta had a calm demeanor that always helped and made things easier. Your team always kept us in the loop and shared all the details with us and made sure you took our opinions be it from the goody bag to a letter that was sent out to the guests. We realize that there was a number of last minute requests from arranging driver's food, to decorating areas which we thought were'nt possible, and just organizing a whole new welcome set up at another hotel, each of which you took in your stride and you never said that it would not be possible. You sent us videos and pictures in advance so that we would have the right picture in our heads , but in the end it was even more beautiful than we ever imagined! We noticed and were touched by the fact that you were there on site till the absolute end of the celebrations. This was noticed not only by family but also a lot of our guests. That kind of dedication is something else altogether and we as a family truly appreciated that. I cannot say enough about the absolutely beautiful setup, flowers the choice of entertainment and the gorgeous setting that your team created for us, it was absolutely outstanding at every level. We did not exactly have the moving crowd that we had planned for and this was purely because everyone was enjoying the beauty of everything and the wonderful music! All in all it was an absolutely wonderful experience and I am so glad that it was the both of you did this for us. My brother's wedding was an event all of us were looking forward to for many years and it was a wedding in our family after ten years. I think one of the best decisions that I took for my wedding was hiring a professional planner and honestly Barati Inc is hands down the best planner team one could imagine. They are super duper professional, extremely pro-active, best advisors and best friends. They donot let you take stress for anything.
