Their products are so gorgeous, but their customer service is SO POOR! I don't know who handles their customer experience, but trust me it's not worth the time and definitely not worth it when you pay such a premium for their products! Some of the Swarovski crystals fell off my bag soon after purchase. Sweet of them to replace it, but they just wouldn't follow up on when they receive the piece, when they are couriering it back. I had to keep following up. They become so insolent that they stopped replying! And now my piece is stuck with them! HORRIBLE. They really know how to lose customers.

The best part about be chic clutches is that they're evergreen you can use them whenever and they match with almost everything whether it's Indian or western.. the quality is amazing and totally worth the price. The owner is super cute and helps you with almost everything! So if your wondering if it's the right choice or not.. don't think over and go for it!
