Worst Experiment. Not a trust worthy seller. Cheating their customers. I've been trying to contact her multiple times on whatsapp, Instagram and through call from past 4 days, still there's not a single communication or resolution from their end. They have completely ghosted me after sending me an incorrect order. Firstly, I have got different colour from what I had ordered. Secondly, the name plate customisation is missing. I informed them immediately regarding my issue, but still haven’t heard back with resolution. They did not take any initiative from their end to address my query or at least respond to my messages or calls. However small or big their business is, this is not the way to do it.

Kanchan is a big scamster and the rudest business owner I’ve ever seen. I ordered for a ring platter exactly how it was shown on their Instagram page with the exact same colours for 2700 rupees. Even after payment I confirmed the colours as those were very important for me. She mentioned it’ll take 7-10 days which was fine by me. On the 10th day, she doesn’t respond and then delays it by a day. I asked to collect instead of shipping so that I can check the order and bring my special tray safely. I asked for the location and still no reply. Again delayed by a day, then sends me a location. She doesn’t pick up the phone, after waiting for 15 minutes replies on whatsapp with another number to call who shares another location. On getting there I finally get the tray only to see has a very different colour. On questioning, the delivery person says the colour depends on availability and can’t give the same colour. On clarifying with Kanchan she was very rude in saying that’s how it is. If you need blue, we’ll put whatever we have and then you’ll have to take it. I had to fight with the person and put a question on their work quality since the tray was garbage for me, only then the person refunded me the money. Then Kanchan had the audacity to say that I don’t deserve their products

Ms/Mrs Kanchan’s instagram page is very beautiful but that is opposite to her behaviour and her replies. My fiancee ordered a ring platter telling the exact requirements. At that time she did not tell that the ring holders would be of different colours. She took the money. After that it was very difficult to even connect with her. After long drama of where to pick the order from(we wanted to pick it personally to check the order), she asked my fiancee to pick the order from some other guy who was her representative. On checking the product he found that the boxes were not of the same colour and he raised the concern that the boxes were not as expected. Along argument took place and she agreed to give some other colour box but then said that we will have to accept the tray with any colour holder that she give . On raising the argument that we can’t take any random order they provide us, she said keep your money and you don’t deserve our product. In case you are thinking how can one be so rude, just scroll down on google reviews and see her replies. She will probably write one here too 🙂 Ma’am you might be very busy but do try to understand people are reaching out to you which is beneficial to you. Atleast try to be polite while refusing the services. This is the least you can do, if not provide with correct work. Edit: I told you she will reply! One more thing ma’am, you gave us a location of mid street . We received it at red light. So keep your nonsense with you. I highly regret that I didn’t see your reviews before placing an order with you. Also get your eye tested please, brown and blue are very different colours. 🙂

This lady is running a scam. She has cheated my sister. Firstly they don't send the orders and when someone puts a bad review they threaten people to remove their reviews only then they will refund the money or send the orders. I request Wedmegood to look into this and take action. And if you are not a fraud then you shouldn't stop people's order, once we will recieve the order we will remove the review ourselves. There are so many people with whom you have done the same and then you are replying everyone that they have put a false review. You are telling people that you have screenshots of the order being shipped, but personally you people tell your customers that you just give delivery dates and not the shipping dates.

Fraud people, will block u and won’t reply to your texts, spam your money and harass you, uploading images of same

Dirty bad Experience, Fraud girl and company, should learn first how to do Business and treats with the customers, the reviews in their IG page are fakes too, they sent incomplete product, when we complained, she mentioned she will send the missing products, and later calls u liar and says they won't send, and refund only 100 out of 3100 that too using rude language and hate speech. I would suggest WedMeGood folks to remove this vendor from their lists, I also shared this story with 3 Youtubers and provided them the SCREENSHOTS as well, all will follow this story.

BEWARE !!!! Not a genuine vendor. Will ask for pre-payment for order and will not deliver your order. Will keep you engaged till a month still not ship your order.

They are completely irresponsive and highly unprofessional. Firstly they didn’t courier my parcel within the given time, when I enquired she didn’t respond, after a complete one month someone texted back that she is having Covid. I kept patience then I noticed that she is posting stories for delivering goods and new posts even. I asked her back, then she threat me what will you do if I wont pay back your money or wont send you the parcel. Fraudster, Thief, Inethical people.

FRAUD ALERT !! Guys, DON’T ever buy or book any service through them. This lady Kanchan is actually running a scam here. She will respond to all your texts queries 24*7 until she receives payment from you. And once she receives it, she won’t bother to reply unless you keep texting her to follow up for the updates. I had ordered a box for my nephew as a gift. But I received a damaged package which is of no use to us. I asked for a replacement and she agreed to send the replacement (to my realisation she only did this so that I don’t create any issue further for atleast 10 days). It’s been a month now, and I haven’t received any sort of replacement or any refund. She is ignoring all the calls and messages as well. The only time she received my call was when I called her from another number. She said she will send it within the next 10 days and so I tried to be patient and waited again. But as expected, I didn’t receive anything, no updates, nothing. The sad thing is they don’t even care and still cheating the customers. Wedmegood should take strict action against them and save everyone’s hard earned money.

I had hired Bespoke storiez TWICE for functions and here is my review in detail: Wedding Hampers: For my wedding function, I was looking at someone who could deliver hampers at the venue, and that is when I came across Bespoke Stories. Pros: - Caters to every budget - gives update on the trends and innovative ideas - helps with the delivery of hampers to the venue so no hassle of pick up - Very patient with payments, she does not pester you on mode of payments and is very calm, knowing that vendors often tend to overlook the fact the weddings are hectic and Kanchan was very calm and did not pester for payment till the delivery of the hampers was made. Cons: - The Delivery was very late than the time that was promised, although we did get the hamper in the nick of time, it was much later than the time promised. - She might not respond to phone calls, while you are calling her to get an update not the delivery. She tries to do her best at providing the best service, THE ONLY THING SHE NEEDS to really work on is the promised time! Both the times with me the delivery of hampers was very late, apart from that, I have no complaints. That is the reason I hired her twice. If you are looking for someone who can make a hamper that you like and that fits in your budget then you should look into bespoke storiez!

The wedding favors for us were beautifully done by Bespoke Storiez. The options that they have for you, across budgets, are simply amazing. They were kind enough to send samples of various treats to our home, being really understanding of all the madness that surrounds an imminent wedding. The wedding favors were so well appreciated and loved by everyone, that even though we had ordered baskets only for the younger generation, my parents ended up getting more for the extended family. She sourced quality products at reasonable rates, and the end result was truly wonderful! My only regret is that ultimately there was none left for me! Worst experience ever. They spoiled my wedding. I had ordered bridesmaids favours and guest favours from them. They canceled guest favours at last moment and bridesmaids favours is still not delivered to me while it was supposed to be delivered by 14th feb. They don’t respond to calls or messages and just want money. Even after this , they are not ready to return the money nor they are replying to my messages .

Worst experience ever. I made the big mistake of trusting their Instagram profile and photos and ordering from them for my son's birth gifting. Kanchan and Manish's Bespoke Storiez is a fancy name but is actually a complete scam. She gave the worst quality of gifting, highly delayed, broken boxes and now refuses to issue even the refund she committed to issue which is miniscule against the payment I lost. After getting the advance she would not pick up the phone and the only time she came on the phone is to convince to give payment. Beware of their horrible quality and if you have made the mistake of ordering from them do NOT make the mistake of paying them before inspecting the goods. To ensure I don't write on their profile after the horrible work they did they have blocked me from their page. Complete torture dealing with them with the amount I had to follow up to even get my order in the first place let along the shock when we opened the boxes. I have 50 videos and photos to show their rubbish work and I had to call off my entire plan to gift people because of them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!

I had got my sons 1st Birthday return favours made from them and they did an excellent job.. Manish from their team was very cooperative.. They made the platters exactly the way I wanted.. I had a very good experience working with Bespoke. I gave them an order for my wedding. I gave them an order for assorted cookies in a jar. The cookies were delicious and the packing was beautiful. I would definitely work with them again if given a chance to.

She will respond to all your texts and shares few random pictures of items until she receives money from you. Once she receives your money, frequency of replies will drastically reduce and eventually YOUR MONEY IS GONE and no products will be sent to you. She missed my deadline and when asked to return the money, she blocks you on Whatsapp. I would give -10000 rating if there is a chance. I have every proof of this SCAMMER and I filed a complaint with consumer forum and concerned authorities. They will eventually attach her bank account and send her to jail. NEVER EVER attempt to make any purchases with her. BEWARE!!

It was sheer luck that I came across Bespoke Storiez while hunting for favor gifts in Delhi. I came across Bespoke Storiez on WedMeGood app and gave a call to Kanchan to enquire. First and only phone call and my decision was made and it was one of the best decision I could take. She is the most professional and sweet person you will ever come across. Right from understanding what I was looking for as wedding favours, executing them and delivering them, everything was perfect! I took hampers which included so many items from different vendors. These people are amazing! The amount of efforts they have put in was commendable. We ordered around 150 boxes on my sisiter'in law's engagement and that to with two different types of material. All the material was specified from different vendors. These guys were so patient and hard working. They showed us a sample box first and then did all of that we asked for. And the most amazing part was that the box aesthetics were beyond words. Everyone liked them. I highly recommend them. No doubt about it.

Not only was the gift pretty excellent but the service was also very very apt. There are many options and many designs and all of them are pretty great. Very hard to choose from.
