Jasleen's sales pitch, portfolio of work, and professionalism initially caught our attention and led us to engage her services. We found that Jasleen's prices were considerably higher compared to other vendors but assurances were made regarding the quality, creativity, and timely delivery and we signed up with her. Unfortunately, the actual delivery did not meet our expectations, with fundamental flaws. Given the substantial sum we were charged (15 lakhs), we expected a level of decor that was not reflected in the final outcome. Despite promises of exemplary service, we found that significantly less was delivered than what was agreed upon. Our attempts to provide constructive feedback were met with dismissiveness and defensiveness from Jasleen during a scheduled call. In conclusion, we cannot recommend Jasleen's services, especially considering the high price tag and discrepancies between promises and actual delivery. Finally, we advise others to exercise caution when evaluating decorators based solely on their portfolio photos. Everyone will only show their best photos. And as is often the case, the contracts heavily favor the vendors. With payment made in full before the event, we found ourselves in a vulnerable position with limited recourse for addressing any issues that arose.

Jasleen was our wedding planner, and she and her team did all of our decor as well. We cannot describe how grateful we are to them for making all of our dreams come true! She transformed spaces into breathtaking and awe-inspiring backdrops and coordinated everything so beautifully and elegantly. As we were planning the wedding from the States, the peace of mind that came from working with Jasleen and her team was invaluable. She is supremely talented and an absolute joy to work with; her kindness, attention to detail, and calm demeanor make her the perfect person to be with you every step of the way. She has become a part of our family, and we will always be thankful to her for making this important time in our lives so special.

There was brass dinnerware and pictures from their pre-wedding shoot at Rambagh Palace on each table. Recently attended a wedding done by BGV and it was simply stunning! The outdoor Mehandi set up was fun, colorful and beautifully done. My sister who lives in Melbourne was getting married in december 2015. It was such a task to meet decorators and finally shortlist one! I don't even know where to begin from. Jasleen and her team have been absolutely fantastic. I first got in contact with Jasleen back in July 2015 and we hired the Bouganvilla team to cover my Decemeber wedding. Given that I'm based overseas, much of our planning and co-ordination was done over FaceTime meetings and ideas were shared via what's app messages. The final result on the day was worth every minute spent on the planning. So we came up with the idea of doing something entirely different. A Turkish themed engagement night and a floral English themed wedding. The detailing of each element on the two days was absolutely fantastical. All my guests were awed by the decoration and the detailing involved. The venue on the wedding day looked like a magical wonderland with shades of floral peaches, pink, and white. I just didn't want to leave the venue after the wedding ceremonies were over. If I had it my way, I would have sat around all night just admiring each and every detailed decorative element on the night. Jasleen was very patient throughout the entire planning process and I was glad that we were on the same page whilst planning and exchanging ideas. It's every girl's dream to have the perfect wedding and thanks to BGV, my dream came true .
