Excellent wedding cake options, with many flavour options. Extremely pleased.

Had been in touch with Cake all the way since 2 months now. Initially was a big task to get any questions answered and even after finally getting some response it was negative for a wedding cake since the options were limited to basic cakes only with no extraordinary fillings like raisins cake or anything with filling. She said she would check and get back but still there was no responses after so many messages or calls. Leaving someone stranded like this was very unprofessional. And after getting a 5 rating from WedmeGood I thought she was a professional but she clearly stated making a raisin cake would be very difficult lead me to know the reality. Very poor experience. Not reliable if you have a any big function specially a wedding to plan. Further to your below comments i was not informed on the timing being an issue,as there is a long way for it, also finding another baker was discussed since you could not make the cake with filling as needed, and said you would find someone baker who assists you and not outside vendor, but you mentioned you would come back with details however conveniently mentioned you asked them to get back to me with no information being passed on. unfortunately there was clearly no options given only plain chocolate and plain flavors. Lastly as i consumer i have every right to put a review since this can affect others as well. i think you could have handled this in a better way specially since its a wedding order. None the less i am done with my comments and do not wish to over stretch the matter since this is no use any longer. Thanks and have a good day!

I Ordered for a MAC Designer cake and debyanjali gave me lot of Options around designer cakes . Cake was yummy and she delivered what was promised My wife and all my relatives loved the cake. Thanks a lot debyanjali for making our day so special. Prateek
