Capture Crew

This the most unprofessional wedding photography service in Jammu. They have no ethics at work. Instead they will threat the client for filing cases and instigate risk to their family members. They have delayed my service a lot. Always gave reasons that they were busy, whenever they needed a payment they used to call and ask for it without giving a single edited photo. My wedding was in June, and I am writing this review in November, as still we did not receive our discussed package completely even after paying 75% of the total amount. I tried testing their interest by sending half of the selections for album, but as always they ignore the wetransfer links and forgot to download as per their communication to me, and asked me to send it again to them via a different app. They have caused so much inconvenience to the client. And atlast on the last call, I was very rudely threatened by them for not sending the remaining 25% amount. On what basis I should send after this bad experience? And he kept on saying that no selection was send and started to threaten about court case and families. Video editing is very poor, no colour correcrtion, included irrelevant shots (like carpets, light stands, their crew) in between our videos to maximise the length. Photography is ok. Don't expect too much by looking at their profile. They're charging too high for such a poor service. I would recommend hiring someone outside Jammu, they will charge way lesser and provide the most professional and best service to the client. I am not a hater, I saw them on Instagram, liked their work and hired for my wedding. But I am very disappointed by their service. Better don't go with them. Good luck!
