Carma Online Shop runs its business in such a shady way! Ordered an outfit while I was abroad in order to have it ready by the time I reach my hometown, Hyderabad. I did not receive it in time for my event and three weeks later they wouldn’t still give me an exact date of delivery. I was frustrated and asked for a refund. Upon being persistent they came around to say my account would be credited. Another 10 days later they claimed that a credit has been issued but I never received any credit. They shared a snapshot of a credit which did not indicate which account it was credited to. So far, my amount of 31,500 still remains uncredited. They have not been answering my phone calls either. Do not trust these guys. I’m now considering filing a legal complaint against Carma. Do not shop here, save yourself time, money and peace. #carmaonline

They don't even pay the designers. Our payments have been due over 6 months. This company is a sinking ship. Please don't work with them. They are extremely low on ethics

WORSE WORSE WORSE I had worse experience shopping with Carma. I ordered an outfit and mentioned the required date that I need this outfit which they promised me to. Initially I had given them a need date to ship to India, which they couldn't meet so I requested them to send to USA and gave me the need date which was July 24th. I was trying to contact them on Whatsapp, Instagram, Email since July 13th to check the status of my order and no one would respond to me. I need this outfit on July 24th for an event. On Carma website online chat they wouldn't respond if I sent it with my name and details but would respond if I contact them as a new customer. This was so frustrating to me and when I contacted them as new customer, I told them it was me and then there comes another person who gives me her personal number to whatsapp. I told her on 24th July that I do not need the outfit as I did not get in time for the event and I had to buy another outfit in USA to cover for the event. Not to mention I clearly requested for custom measurements and provided them with and told which measurements are important. Now the new person says on July 24th that the outfit is already shipped and that she cannot take it back, also its custom made and when I ask for tracking number they wouldn't provide me. On July 26th I got an email from DHL saying that my order is picked up. So they were clearly lying to me on July 24th that the order is shipped and they couldn't provide me refund. I keep on telling that I do not need that outfit anymore and to take it back and refund me, but they wouldn't respond at all. On July 28th I received my outfit and guess what it is not custom made after all. I checked with the designer and they told me that those are pretty standard measurements and not custom made. Since July 13th I am going back and forth with these people with no response. They have terrible customer service, lack of professionalism, irresponsive, don't care about customer satisfaction. I have shopped online on many platforms and never had such bad experience that I have with CARMA. I would say everyone to stay away from them. This is my very first time writing a review and I feel terrible writing my first review for a bad experience instead of writing to appreciate a good service. But I hope my review helps someone out there. BEWARE of these people.

Carma, has been an unprofessional and dishonest store. Ordered processed for refund for over last 2 months, yet the store does not respond or give an appropriate answer. The what app number is not answered. Avoiding calls and not replying to messages, is a sign the company is faulty.

Carma has proven to be a dishonest vendor. I have been waiting for refund of returned clothing for over 2 months. The mfr, Rohit Bal, has confirmed that they have returned the money to Carma to return to me. Carma has not sent me the refund and is not responding to my emails. This has been the most frustrating experience and the dishonesty is an alarming red flag.

I ordered an expensive lehenga for an event but was unsure of sizing. Carma team organised a video call for the measurements and ensured that every detail i had wanted was taken care of. Great shopping experience. If you have a wedding or event carma is the place to be.

Would be zero if we could, bought clothes for our grand daughters wedding, they messed up the sizes on a designer outfit worth over $700 and have not been willing to work with us on it. Horrible customer service. Better off sticking with some other Online vendors. Even Samyakk customer service was excellent.Ogaan is another great one.

I absolutely loved an outfit that i saw on Carma but was nervous ordering from an indian site but to my amazement it was such a pleasant experience. The order arrived in 3 weeks though delivery time was mentioned as 4 weeks on the site. I received the tracking details on email and when i opened my courier also received a complimentary jewelry to match my dress. Thank you Carma

The worst company to deal with, these guys are literally scammers. They have bought there followers through Instagram and I don’t believe are a legitimate company at all. I bought a sabyasachi clutch for my fiancé for our reception in February, they told me it would be delivered in June due to delays through Covid, I contacted them in June and they advised they had further delays and asked if I would like a refund, I accepted there offer for a refund, however they cancelled the order and never refunded my money. They have blocked my number and are no longer replying to my messages. I’ve lodged a dispute against this company.

Horrible ! They took 6 months to deliver a BELT ! And made so many excuses and didn't even inform me about a delay of 2 months. Very disgusting people who have no respect or regard for customers and try to create a cheap illusion of a "luxury" experience.do not waste your time with these horrendous fraudsters.they are not answering there phones or even Picking up calls..are these people thieves or what? I don't even know if my order will come or not and I don't know what to do!

Worst people. They aren't loyal to customers. Providing cheap faulty products and when I try to connect with customer care they are like sorry this isn't our fault. It's from designer. We can't proceed the refund. The merchandising team is worst. Don't even know how to talk with customers. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy from this multi-designer store. Horrible experience worst services. Please don't shop from this website they are a scam and bunch of fraud ppl. Do not believe these good reviews they are lie and made-up. I had ordered a clutch, they take full advance and further don't pay the designer. Upon cancellation refund is another headache. They will SIT ON YOUR MONEY AND MAKE US FOLLOW LIKE WE OWE THEM. Their CRM team doesn't even know how to talk properly and then they call them reputed brand. I have placed my order elsewhere for the same and will suggest whoever is reading this to buy from AZA, Elahe or direct designer than them. Be a wise shopper!

I recent ordered a lehenga for a friends wedding from Carma. The outfit fit me perfectly and the service was impeccable. Really enjoyed shopping from Carma. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

Do not order anything from this site! They do not deliver your item on time and are unresponsive to your emails and inquiries. Terrible service! I ordered a Sabyasachi Signature Belt in November and am still waiting for the product.

I have got a pathetic old dress which I have returned. Its a month now no one is picking phone. My money still not refunded. Do8 buy anything from them

The store is a fraud. They took my momey and did not send the product, thisnis fourth month. They are not answering my phone calls or messages. They stole 30,000 from me. Will never shop here ever. I hope they read this message atleast and contact me.

Sabyasachi purchase: I ordered a belt from Carma. I ordered a 28 and it came as a a size 23. I was told to send it back and pay for my own shipping there and for the exchange back to me - I found this ridiculous as the error was company made not mine. I spoke with Shrishti and she insisted this is company policy (from a customer service standpoint, company error shouldn’t be paid by the customer). Anyways, sent it back from Canada and paid $40 (belt was $240 Canadian), they claimed they never received my return. I received notice from Canada Post it was delivered. I have contacted customer care numerous times and they have no resolution for me. I had asked for store credit, replacement belt and money back, they did nothing. I am so utterly disappointed with this company and it’s a shame that Sabyasachi allows them to carry their products. Such a prestigious name behind thieves of a company.

Ordered lehengas and suits from Carma online for my wedding. My experience was really bad and Carma employees are extremely unprofessional. Just before 5 days of wedding they informed us that lehenga cannot be made because of measurement issues and when asked for the refund they said we will refund within 15 days and now its been over a month and we are still waiting. Carma do not contact us and they have stopped responding us. In addition, they have sent wrong dupatta for another lehenga and when we asked to replace it, no on would give us any updates. We are really regretting our purchase with them. They also delayed our delivery even after strict guidelines that we would need them on that specific date. Carma is extremely unprofessional.
