Only if I could give zero stars or something in minus rating! Anyways my sister's big was so disappointing when it came to decoration, food and even arrangements! It was a winter wedding and they didn't arrange anything as agreed upon! Our guests had to sit in cold with no hot beverages and food packets the entire night even after calling both Swati and Abhigyan multiple times! The worst wedding management people I would say. They have a very very unprofessional approach to handle anything and doesn't know how to speak or behave with the client as well! Giving a detailed review is must so they don't scam anymore innocent clients! They are all words in the beginning and no work at the end. All they did was put light and used pink- peach robes in the open area of the venue.The stage was just done as per one particular design given by my sister with no smoke, no focus lights, no party popper busters or anything that is there in even a dharamshala wedding stage! The main course section didn't have any carpet or table or chairs. We took their gold pack for decoration and arrangements but we didn't even get those golden chairs which are the most common chairs now a days at wedding. Instead we got the lame old fashioned chairs with white cloths wrapped around. Can't even imagine how disappointing it was. There were hardly any moving waiters with the appetisers in the wedding. Heaters were promised but they gave use some coal chulhas that to arranged in the wrong side of the venue! We paid extra 25k for putting more real flowers rather than artificial once and guess what even that was hardly noticeable anywhere. Adding to this highlight, 'Swati one of their honourable team member' came in the middle of the ceremony with the flower vender to ask for 25k in front from my mother in front of the guests which was the only amount left to be paid off from our end. Such weirdos and desperate for money people I have never seen in my life! I mean we had made all the payments as and when required and only this last minute request for extra flowers payment was pending but NO! We would have taken their 25k and run away in the morning xD Super lame people doing things on purpose and greed! Also btw guys, the venue(Rock garden) was given to us in a most scandalous way. Rock Garden doesn't host weddings but they convinced us that they have a tie-up with the owner and only they can arrange everything and on one else can! Little did we know that it was all their scam. The owner was unaware that a wedding was about to take place in Rock Garden and my father got a call from the owner a week before the wedding saying who allowed the wedding there! All the mess was out in the open regarding the money they charged us as well. Since it's a government property, the booking charges were way too less than what VIKAS, SWATI and ABHIGYAN charged ! Also, let's not forget about the behavioural issues of this weird woman Ms SWATI who doesn't know how to talk professionally and only gets personal in each discussion. Super money minded greedy company who doesn't even know their work! Such Unethical management company should be sued and shut down who are just after money and even after spending so much for each thing they were like we do wedding of 50 lakh and in your budget only this much can be done but not even that much was done! Our wedding was hardly was organised in the lamest and cheapest way possible, why? Because we trusted them with the arrangements. Lastly, our baraat was super late but that doesn't mean you remove the DJ, dance floor and even starter food as soon as the jai-mala is done! VIKAS was their their head and talked very nicely in the beginning before all the payments were done and as soon as all money was taken he was so rude even on call and very quick to lie on things we had discussed before the payment. Like we say BE AWARE OF DOG, let's just 'BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMER IN THE MARKET'!

Worst management team. Not sure how they have such good reviews. Seems like most of them have been given by the same team. Coming to the event, I had booked them for my wedding. First off, they started by hounding us for payment, incessantly asking for the payment. If you ask for anything, they will quote prices. On asking them to change something, they will say that let us do the job, don't teach us what to do, we have been in this business since a long time. Once the payment was done, their attitude changes. I would like to point out Swati here as she is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. She kept threating to turn off the lights during the wedding, asking us to take back the payment 1 day before the wedding. I mean, really? Coming to the night of wedding, there was some shortage of plates(which usually happens) and we had discussed these things prior to the event and their words were "Don't worry, we can manage upto 50 plates without any issues". But when the shortages did occur, Swati started by saying that we need to make the payment first and then only she will give the extra plates. Her words "you guys should keep a DD with you, a cheque with you and much more". And all these was happening with all the guests present. We could have settled everything after the plates were given (which we did), but stopping the event for payment is something that I haven't seen ever. And that too for some 50 odd plates. My suggestion would be to never go with them. They are the worst management team. I've all the recordings and chats they sent us. Really horrible. Ruined my night. UPDATE: Recently, they commented that we are uncultured family etc etc and we misbehaved with their female staff. I would like to point out Ms.Swati here and tell her to please come forward and show us proof where we misbehaved. The whole banquet hall has CCTV cameras and obtaining proof should not be a tall ask. Owner of banquet hall had to intervene from the very beginning about almost anything they were doing. Just 2 days before my event, they had a fight and huge argument with the owner and then they even returned our money saying you need to find someone else. 2 days before the event. And now they are talking about culture and professionalism. The whole wedding party saw your outburst over 50 plates. And regarding Sudhanshu, you messaged him and asked him to post a good review on your page(if you have proofs, so do we). So, stop playing the victim card here by saying we misbehaved with any one of you. We were always respectful to each and every one of you and I too have many call recordings which shows how you talk.

Unprofessional brats.... wouldn't suggest any day....money minded freaks....worst behaviour with customers.....One of the worst management especially Swati and Vikas ,all they do is keep asking for money and once paid their tone and behaviour changes....if there were option to give negative or zero star would definitely give it.... ONE OF THE MANY INSTANCES WHERE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS ON DISPLAY WAS WHEN DURING WEDDING WE NEEDED FEW MORE PLATES AND MS. SWATI DEMANDED THAT WE MAKE THE PAYMENT UPFRONT AND THEN ONLY THEY WILL GIVE EXTRA PLATES. AND ALL THIS WAS HAPPENING WHEN EVERYONE WAS PRESENT. THIS CREATED A RUCKUS AND CAUSED US A LOT OF ISSUES.
