Excellent service by rasheed at a very reasonable price ,, response was very good

WORST EXPERIENCE!! RUINED MY EVENT!! I've hired this vendor for my Reception hall decoration. We have planned to the start the event around 7:00pm, just because of their delays and lack of planning the event started around 9:00pm. I've been told the decor will be completed in couple of hours, but it took almost 4 hours to do the not so good decoration. All of our guests had to wait for 2 hours watching the decoration work. They can be very persuasive at the beginning, will tell anything to make you feel better. It is all about talks. There was no proper communication between the team, they don't care about the customer satisfaction. All they care about is MONEY!! They made me pay 80% of the money before the event, and the work is full of crap!! I was told that there will be a entrance arch, Walk-way from Gate to the main door, and they will use natural and artificial flowers equally on stage decor. None of these were there in the final output. I got 30% of what they promised me. Celebrityhood-hyd is just a scam and unprofessional team with lack of skills. Better stay away from these guys if you want your event to be great!

We had such a great experience with Celebrityhood team. They were attentive and passionate about their work. We had Rasheed as our coordinator, his communication from the beginning was top notch. He was available for texts, phone calls whenever we had questions, and he would always respond promptly. In addition, whenever we needed vendor recommendations, he was able to help us with stellar recommendations, from our florist to the DJ, and even the string lights and table linens. We can't thank Rasheed and team enough for helping our big day go so smoothly. Most of all, we appreciate that his team was professional, kept to the time schedule, and stayed calm no matter what issues came up. It was easily one of the best decisions we could have made to help us through the wedding planing process. Had an amazing experience with the team during the last week.. they organised all the wedding functions really well with quality work.. most importantly, they understood the needs through the events and they co ordinated well.. For a “new in the market” firm, they did great work. though there were some glitches, at the end nothing seemed incomplete.. way to go guys!! Perfection ahead!
