We booked ClickbySam in April 2021 for our wedding ceremony, as it was during Covid second wave, within a few days, we had to cancel all our plans due to sudden strictness in Government regulations. We got married at home with few immediate family members. No caterer, no decorator, no photographer and not even close family or friends could make it for what is supposed to be the most important day of our lives. We got a refund from each and every vendor but ClickbySam refused to refund saying they would adjust for any other service we would need in the future. After 9 months I decided to ask them to do a product photoshoot for my business so that I could atleast utilise the amount just lying with them. They refused to do the same and said it could only be adjusted against birthday/wedding/etc. and package would be same even for birthday as wedding that is 35k. Also, Deepa his partner spoke rudely on the phone after which even I ended up getting rude as she would not listen to a word I had to say. As a customer, I reminded her about the consumer court because where else can a person like me go for justice, and they both went on and on about how I had mentioned the consumer court. Of course it’s my right if I’ve been cheated by a business to bring up the consumer court. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It’s not about 10k advance, it’s about a business’ ethics. I eventually told Sam to keep the advance and said I would never contact them again in the hope of adjusting my money. It’s still my money which is with them and that is not right. And for no fault of ours but because of government regulations over which we had no control. They even went to the lengths to tell me I should not get emotional about it when I was speaking about how a business cannot grow if they treat their customers like this and do such an unethical thing. All I wanted was to utilise my money in a productive way and this is what I got in return! Its their way or the highway. Deepa even said she’s speaking nicely to me, I wonder how it would be if she hadn’t been speaking nicely to me. All in all, it was complete mental harassment, Sam also added nobody had done “behes” with them. Maybe because you believe every customer should fall in line with whatever you’re offering, whether it suits them or not, since you already have their money!

Best Photographer, go for it, they always deliver best!! :) Sam is very much talented photographer as I know, he create magic though his lens, thanks for making my day beautiful.. Can't describe his wok in words..
