Terrible service. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I wanted to order a sash and needed it by 25th November. I contacted craftiness on 28th October. Tanvi told me that she'll get it done after the payment. I left messages asking her about the bank details but it took around 10-11 days to get a reply. Finally, I got the bank details on 18th November. Got done with the payment the next day and was promised that it'll be shipped in 2 days. I asked about the status thrice and was told that it got shipped. Then also I didn't receive it. I was informed on 26th November that It was not even shipped! What could I do? If only I'd known earlier, I could have arranged another sash. Such unpleasant experience. And to top it all, I haven't received the refund amount yet. I was told on 5th December that a cheque has been deposited. I've messaged her 5 times. Sometimes I don't even get a reply (though I see her online). No refund yet! Highly disappointed by the service. Won't recommend Craftiness to anyone.
