Dejavu Makeup By Vinni

Vinni is very friendly but my makeup unfortunately turned out to be a disaster. I got airbrush makeup done for my wedding and it was flaking and peeling (like a snake skin peeling) within a couple hours before I even could make my entry at the venue. The same thing happened for my Mehendi makeup (party makeup) - started peeling right away. The trial and the hair/ makeup look turn out to be fine but give it an hour or so - the makeup was a disaster. My sister had to do bridal touch ups every now and then as the photographer complained that the peeling makeup is showing in the pictures and they had to postpone my shoot due to this reason. My Sangeet makeup was done fine (maybe a little cakey) and it only started peeling after 3.5 hours. I am afraid even the non bridal makeups her team did was terrible - my mother and sister had to literally wash their face as it was too cakey and unevenly done. The support team definitely needs a lot of training with hair and makeup - none of the non-bridal folks were happy with their work. I had Vinni correct some of it onsite but there was only so much correction that could be made. Their hair and makeup was unconvincing from the start. On top of that, she didn't offer any discount on the services provided - Vinni kept asking for full payment even though her makeup didn't hold even until the bridal entry. What sucks is the lack of accountability. Overall, in the end, I ended up paying 5k less on the overall order of 1 lac plus. I hope their team doesn't repeat this again with others.

Vinni was very accommodating and professional with her work. She was always on time, even for events which were supposed to begin at 5 am. Her nature and support during the events has won my heart. She was able to live up to my expectations with respect to each of the looks that I had in my mind for all the 6 events for my wedding. I would definitely recommend her and the team for anyone's events, no matter whether it is traditional or western. She can do it all ❤️

Vinni was amazing at the wedding. Now only was she on time, she ensured I was the first bride to be ready in time for every event. And her looks were perfect for every event. She ensured I looked different and gorgeous for every occasion. Normally I was told that bride’s hair and make up takes over 4 hours. But Vinni and her team ensured I was done in 2.5 hours max. My mom, sister and mother in law absolutely loved her team and their work!
