Omg where do I start, from the day I called her first, to when I received my order. The finishing is unmatched, I don't think anyone can beat her floral designs, as well as the quality checks! Never seen her Copy stuff, and she made a huge order possible in 2 days, and I saw her working herself on my order just to complete it within time when I went to receive it. I really don't understand the stupid negative reviews. Please don't consider them, I can personally vouch for her professionalism. Just coz you don't get to cheap out with her, and get your things for free (which she does send if you are nice to her or genuinely say you can't afford), you can't just come here and write negative reviews as vendetta, it's really petty. She's a sweetheart and loved by countless brides who keep coming back to her, for karvachauth stuff and what not. Going to Instagram and trying to pull her down won't get you anywhere. She is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL. I seriously regret my decision of going to her for my wedding shopping. In the month of April, I gave her advance for a pair pf kaleeras which was required in May 2019. Time was sufficient as i ordered a month before. She promised to give me in mid April. But she dint. After the promised delivery date, she stopped replying to messages and answering calls. And she did this many times, not replying and not answering the calls. When i called her continuously, she texted me once "Be patient, I'll give tomorrow". I said okay but her tomorrow never came. Just before 7-8 days of my wedding, I was out of her building and calling her to pick my kaleeras. She disconnected my call, and texted me back saying she'll give the next day to which i replied that i dont need it now and wont come tomorrow. And give my advance back. For the very first time, she replied back immediately saying okay, I'll return your money. It was my wedding and i was going to market for kaleeras again just a week before just because of her. I cant tell how much difficulty i faced just because of her. I was having other plans too for that week. But started searching for the customized kaleeras again as I wanted. But the torture doesnt stop here. Its been more thsn 6 months now that i have been texting her for my refund amount. And she is doing the same. Sometimes, she dont even reply, sometimes she says - she ll give tomorrow. I mean, hundreds of excused and false hopes. She actually dint want to give. She texted me once that just for peanut amount, you re texting me continuously. I mean, it was all her fault, she dint gave me kaleeras, she is not giving me refund, and telling me that it was a peanut amount. If it is that peanut for you, why re you not giving me back. This is nothing but eating the money. This is WORST you can do, eating money in return of nothing, (Plus so much of torture). Its not about the money now. Its about being professional and some very basic business ethics. Person like her should not be even featured here. Just to tell people, not to buy anything from her. SHE IS A FRAUD. She will eat your money and in return will blame you only that you cancelled your order.

I am so glad I got in touch with Divanshi Sethi. I came across her through her Instagram and had a great shopping experience with her. I got my handcuffs and other floral Jewellery from her. Everything was just beautiful and I absolutely loved her work. She’s very talented indeed. I am very happy and thankful!

Since she had a very beautiful page on Instagram and a decent amount of followers, we ordered for Kaleere. She was very soft spoken. Least could we expect from such person to break your trust. Firstly, you should deliver your order within time frame, which she didn't. She was asking for more time and after that she stopped picking up the calls, replying to messages...and the main problem is the attitude here. She was not at all apologetic for delaying the order. When we asked her, now we can't wait anymore..... Either send us the picture of our kaleere or refund our advance. She said. ..ok Take the refund. ....We had to buy another kaleere from someone else, Since we can't afford to spoil the wedding.....and it's been one and half month...that we are asking for refund...but she again choose to not pick the calls. and not replying to messages. Well, I don't care about the money now, it's about being unprofessional.....and this is cheating. I can't believe she is doing like this.

I have always had the best experiences with devanshi. First of all she's™ the sweetest person to get work done from. I called her last moment and she completed my whole order just as i’d like it. Nobody else would have done that. Available on the phone throughout. The communication was SO easy. Now, about the designs—-” BRILLIANT is an understatement. Her aesthetics are the best. The platters and hampers that she does are out of this world beautiful. Amazing selection of flowers, colours, candles and all the other decoratives. Definitely recommend her ! It was a pathetic experience and my worst decision to be ordering my floral jewellery from her. I guess shes too ‘busy’ to take up any work. I had ordered for pink floral jewellery and what i received just 2 hours before my function started was withered white flowers in a completely different design. Something that looked 1/4th of the price i was paying. Firstly she didnt pick my call all day, when she did she made my driver wait for 2 hours and what i received was horribly wrong. Just when i was ready and gave her a call to tell I received the wrong stuff she conveniently replied she would send me a better set asap.and obviously i didnt have the time then! I couldnt wear the floral jewellery on my special day and would never forget this. To top it all she never refunded me the promised amount. So brides please be sure before you make a choice! Also i guess most of the pictures she sends are not hers.

Working with Devanshi was quite an unpleasant experience. She forgets A LOT! 2 days before my function I had to brief her again on the jewellery I wanted. On the day of mehendi her delivery boy did not turn up. Finally waiting for almost 2 hours, I got my jewellery. When I got my jewellery I realised that I had asked for haath phool and she sent me bangles. When I messaged her and told her the same, her reply was- Babe I will send it to you next time. Just imagine! She thinks I will keep getting married again and again. Worst part was the quality of make. Within 1 hour the flowers started to fall off from the neck piece. Very unprofessional overall. Would never recommend her if you want to have a stress-free experience.
