The rest of the team is also incredibly adaptable and we were able to avoid many last minute hiccups because of them. Without DSKR, planning a wedding from abroad would have been a nightmare.

We were recommended Ragini by our photographer almost 10 months before our wedding. A few discussions with Ragini assured us that she understood the vibe, requirements for the wedding we wanted. More than us, it’s our parents she was able to work with in such a wholesome way. She was in constant touch with all of us to plan every minute detail and was patient to accommodate all the different members at different times. She thought of things we hadn’t even realized we’d need, and she simplified things we hadn’t even thought of, and paid attention to the budget we needed to stick to. She offered vendors that suited our budget and yet that delivered the quality that made our wedding so beautiful. The day before the wedding her and her 15 member crew floored both our families with their politeness and diligence. They really took care of our guests, our needs and ensured everything was happening according to plan. All this with the biggest smiles and feeling of reassurance around them. Having them around calmed us down, let us stop worrying about the small things, and totally allowed us to let our hair down and celebrate one of the biggest moments of our lives! My daughter’s wedding was a 3 day seamless celebration thanks to the the doli team that worked diligently day and night to make it a success. All guests were picked and dropped in time at odd hours without any errors. All events were flawless anything you asked for appeared immediately. The team members assigned to bride , groom and their parents as shadows was such a master stroke calming our nerves and handling our clothes jewellery and the works even mediating with the execution team on our behalf. Ragini was such a boon who worked with us painstakingly for months like a family member on venues, menus, decor and vendors. The entertainers recommended by her were a class apart. Her checklists and reminders kept us within timelines and she arranged many things last minute for us which we had missed like the car hampers. Everything we said we didn’t have or forgot appeared mysteriously from her back up. She went beyond her brief even to help us find jewellers etc I could even discuss our clothes hairdos with her. She accompanied us and actively participated in each negotiation to ensure we get a good deal from the hotel and all other vendors. Our guests left profusely praising us calling it a dream wedding which they thoroughly enjoyed. Even after they reached home the thank you messages for inviting them are still pouring in. Absolutely Fantastic My fiancé and I had begun planning out wedding a year before the actual date. So we had time. After meeting with many wedding planners, we found Ragini and her team the best choice for various reasons. She understood the budget, our intentions, our desires and not just that, she even understood the desires of our parents. Her presentations and explanations always gave us a sense of comfort. The effort taken by Ragini to find us vendors in each category was exemplary. Even though we rejected 95% of the décor vendors, she did not give up and found us someone who fit our budget and delivered exactly what was told to us (She even made sure of that). On the big day, she went beyond our expectations and delivered more than what was promised. Her team was amazing and on point. We highly recommend Ragini and her team as the go-to wedding planners for anyone getting married. I will definitely be taking her on board for my younger sisters wedding (when the time comes obviously).

We want to thank Ragini and her team for helping us plan, prepare, implement and enjoy our wedding. We mostly interacted and discussed with Ragini and met with the team only on the actual wedding day. The team was very helpful and courteous and ensured the celebrations went on smoothly. My husband and I are living in the USA and we really appreciated Ragini working with us through the time difference. She worked with us on the tiniest of the details and ensured everything was executed perfectly. She gave us enough vendor options and ensured we got good deals (except maybe with the decorator, but he was in-house with the venue). The only constructive criticism I have is with the budget maintenance and monitoring. Since it was me and my husband paying for our entire wedding, we were on a strict budget and we overshot our budget. But our overall experience was really good and we are glad we worked with Ragini for our wedding.

I decided I need a wedding planner the day we started thinking about wedding preparations. My whole family lives in Nagpur, MH and I live all the way around the world in USA. So I knew, I was going to need someone to coordinate the ideas coming from all the directions and implement them, which Ragini did very well! When I was looking for a planner, she was very quick to respond to my message and answered all my basic questions. I talked to her twice and her positive, comforting and her can-do nature won me over and we started the planning. Ragini's work is well organized. She had presentations and tables ready. She made trips down to Nagpur to meet my parents and find us w wedding location. I wanted a destination wedding but due to family reasons we couldn't go very far from Nagpur to the usual destinations like Goa, and Ragini found me the best possible location ever in MP. Orchha had the beautiful palaces and resorts, perfect combination for a wedding. She found me good vendors from Orchha, best photographers and make up artist from Mumbai and negotiated well with everyone. She also managed the situation really well when some vendors tried to cause trouble on the wedding day. I was really relieved that my parents or other family didn't have to deal with that instead of the wedding. Her team managed the whole venue from small to big things. They managed the Sangeet and Bride and Groom entries, so my sister and cousins were free to enjoy and dance their heart out. She was available to work with me according to my time zone and would always make time if I had to talk to her. She sent me lots of ideas for all the decorations and accommodated every one of my request. Ragini and her team also helped with the reception my parents gave in Nagpur. It was a big event and they managed everything from decorator to couple entry to not letting the stage getting crowded with guests. (that is a very important one!) In the end, hiring Ragini and Doli Saja Ke Rakhna was a very good decision and I am glad I hired them for my wedding.

These guys will promise you gourmet and give you peanuts. They have arrangements with almost every vendor right from decorator, transportation guys and almost every other stakeholder that you can think of. Their costs are unreasonable, like them. Their staff, even worse. Your wedding is a sponsored holiday for them. Yayyy!! They have a fancy power-point to show off their decor services but when it comes to execution, it's just iron rods not properly covered with cloth. Were you thinking flowers? That would be extra 10 Lakhs guys. Halfway through the wedding, you might also expect threats to get back your money and manage it on your own. Why were you even dreaming of a sweet, carefree, all managed wedding? MONEY EXTORTION. Don't even get me started. Hire them to get a first-hand experience.

As a professional living in the UK my fiancé (now husband) Balvant and I knew there was no way we were going to be able to pull off the glamorous Indian wedding we had been dreaming about from thousands of miles away. Being long distance is hard enough, but with the added stress of planning an Indian wedding in Mumbai we knew we were going to need help. Hence, we started our research on the perfect planners. We were aware that we would require two trips, one to set up and the final wedding trip in 2019. Whilst visiting Mumbai during trip 1, our goal was to finalise our venue, outfits and find the right wedding planner. We spent an entire weekend meeting different planners, it was exhausting, they either cost too much with not a lot to show for it or they spent the entire meeting talking about themselves instead of helping us develop our ideas. After one of our excruciating meeting, I came across Ragini’s details from an online search at 12am, I decided to call her immediately (as we were short of time and had to fly back soon). She kindly answered and was available the next day to meet. During our meeting, we knew she was the one and it was such a relief we found Ragini and the Dholi Saja Ke rekhna team. We had picked the venue first and hired Ragini after. Ragini had 7 months to plan and organise 6 events which included, Pooja, Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, Wedding and Reception packed into two days in back to back ceremonies. Throughout the planning process, she helped keep us organised in every detail. Ragini was attentive, organised, and resourceful and ensured we met deadlines. Ragini always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. (You want this in a planner, especially being so far away). Ragini respected my input and added her special touch to my ideas. I loved everything she came up with, she is highly creative and resourceful. Although, we were based in different countries, Ragini was easy to contact each time and easy to work with, relieving the stress of the wedding planning process. Ragini helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept my husband and I on track for our big day. On the day of both the events she made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. I HIGHLY recommend all brides hire a day-of co-ordinator. It made both the days so much more enjoyable, and definitely reduced both our stress levels. It's worth every penny! We had several vendors such as Priest, Bouncers, Makeup Artist, Photographers, Mehndi Artist, Bangel Makers, Punjabi Dholaks etc and it was great to NOT be the go-to person for all of these people on the day-of for ourselves and immediate family. Ragini knew how to line everyone up before the ceremony and didn't let me forget anything. With the help of Ragini and Dholi Sajai kai rekhna, we were able to pull off our Big Fat Indian wedding with 250 happy guest and no issues. She was phenomenal at recommending AMAZING vendors with great reputations. Although we wished she provided more competitive rates with certain vendors, she took our concerns and budgets seriously. Even when we were stressed out and losing our mind as we were approaching the wedding she remained our rock. She effortlessly manage transport of all our international guest in an efficient manner. Words cannot express my gratitude for Ragini and her number 1 team. My wedding was something out of a glamorous Karan Johar movie! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them. So!!!! I don't really know from where to start talking about Ragini. I remember that the day my wedding date was fixed, I told my elder brother that I should talk to my school friend who has her own Wedding Planning Company....how freaking cool is that (Boss Babe 😎) , so my brother immediately asked me to fix up a meeting and from then on...there was no looking back.
