A big shout out to Eclairs. Before I talk about Anu’s work I would like to talk about her as a person. So humble and so committed towards her work. She’s very creative! I got my engagement cake from her and she made it exactly what I wanted and the result was beautiful. Talking about the taste.. it’s mouth watering! She also gave me the idea of doing the top tier of the cake sugar free for diabetic people. I loved her suggestion.. thanks Eclairs! I’m your forever customer.
