We had a great experience with Ethereal Celebration Management for our wedding celebrations earlier this month. They helped us with the flower decoration services. Being a designer, I was extremely picky on what designs I wanted, the colour pallete and even which flowers should be used. However, they outdid by expectations (which isn't very easy :P) and went completely out of their way to make our wedding extremely special and memorable. Srikant and Nandini are both extremely polite, hard working and talented. Never once did I see them without a smile though I knew they probably hadn't slept in a few days. Thank you for all your help guys!

We worked with Ethereal Celebration Management for our wedding celebrations last month and were absolutely in awe of their services. We hired them as the decorators for our wedding and they were flawless. Right from the ideation, to the structuring, timelines and the final execution - they were superb. I would highly recommend them to everyone getting married in Bangalore! Further, Nandini and Srikant are extremely warm and you instantly feel like you are in great, experienced hands! Thanks, team Ethereal!

We worked with Ethereal Celebration Management last year for my son’s wedding. Srikant and Nandini have an extremely creative flair which is visible in their designs and work. All our meetings with them were very pleasant and definitely felt like we were working with friends. They delivered more than we asked for and worked in our budgets. We’re looking forward to working with them when we plan our daughters wedding in the future and do recommend them to anyone looking for a great wedding planner or for wedding decor!

Nandini and Srikant were a delight to work with. They have a great sense of design and aesthetics and were particularly familiar with multiple venues around Bangalore - making our job much easier. They designed the floral decoration for all the events at our wedding and we were extremely happy their work. They were personally present at the start of every function to oversee all the arrangements which was very heart warming to see. Their personal touch and dedication to their work was evident to see.

Amazing work! I have nothing but good things to say about Team Ethereal. They were one of the last vendors we booked - as we weren't sure of what designs to go with and didn't live in Bangalore. Team Ethereal was super helpful along with being very prompt with their communication and super willing to assist us with the entire project. We planned our wedding from Delhi, and they were willing to meet with the banquet managers on site to walk through the designs and give their suggestions for enhancement. Further, they were very respectful of our budget and made all our decor needs come true. The banquet hall looked absolutely fantastic and was super understated, which is exactly what we wanted. Ethereal didn't push extra things on us, like some other vendors we contacted. They were fair and was extremely pleasant to work with! We'll definitely work with them again in the future! Thank you Ethereal Celebration Management!

I absolutely love Ethereal's style, close attention to detail and the way they can take an idea and enhance it to its best potential - then execute it to perfection! This makes it easy to see how passionate they are about their work. Being in design, I had a fairly good idea of what I wanted and team Ethereal took all those thoughts into consideration. They added their special magic touch to everything and made our wedding a dream come true.

I hired Ethereal Celebration Management for my wedding in the last week of 2019. The Ethereal Celebrations team is fantastic to work with and accommodated all my decor and logistical requests many of which were extremely last minute (we arrived to Bangalore only a couple of days before our wedding - since we live abroad). The team is throughly professional and delivered outsandingly well during all events. I am grateful that I chose Ethereal Celebration Management as my wedding planners. Huge shout out to Srikant, Pranjal and Nandini for all their hard work!

Ethereal Celebration Management were the wedding planners for my daughters' wedding. Everything was beautifully executed. The event management was flawless with all my guests being extremely happy with the logistical help provided by the Ethereal team to move guests to and fro from the airport to the hotel.  Further, the decoration for all our functions was beautiful and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was lovely working with Nandini, Srikant, Pranjal and the rest of their team. Thank you team Ethereal.

I am a Partner at Ethereal Celebration Management. We have been a victim of a client blackmailing us by writing negative reviews about us on WedMeGood. The client's names are Anjaniprasad Anumalla and his wife, Katy Spada, who came down from the USA for their wedding earlier this year. We helped Anjani and Katy with their Mehandi and Sangeet decor at The Leela Palace on the 1st of February, 2017. They got our number from the hotel itself since we are registered vendors at the hotel. Please find below the chain of events to help you understand our case: 1. 22nd Jan, 2017 we agreed on a deal of Rs. 4,00,000/- for floral decoration for the Mehandi function at Diya Terrace at The Leela Palace and for the Sangeet function at the Grand Ball Room at The Leela Palace both on the 1st of February, 2017. We gave Mr. Anjani a special deal as we had a similar setup the night before in the same hall for the sangeet function. As per the terms in our contract we take 80% of the amount on the day the contract is finalised and the balance 20% 10 days before the day of the event. Since, they agreed to the contract exactly 10 days prior to their event, they were liable to pay 100% of the amount on that day itself. Mr. Anjani said they can not pay before the 30th of January since they weren’t in India and were unable to do a wire transfer at the time. Looking at their circumstance we allowed this since we felt and thought him to be trustworthy. 2. 24th Jan, 2017, Mr. Anjani informed us that he had miscommunicated to us that the Sangeet function would be at the Grand Ball Room, and it would now instead be at the Royal Ball Room - a completely different ballroom. In point no. 1, we had stated that we had given Mr. Anjani a special rate since we had a similar set up the previous night at the Grand Ball Room. We should have charged Mr. Anjani an extra amount as we had to get in far more labour and had to essentially redo the whole set up at the Royal Ball Room, but giving him the benefit of doubt, and feeling sympathetic towards his situation, we thought we’d cut our profit and help him out and agreed to do this without any additional cost. The only condition for this being that he’d transfer the entire amount to us immediately, which he failed to do. 3. 25th Jan, 2017, Mr. Anjani asked us to organise two music licences for his sangeet function - a PPL and a Novex. The cost of both plus our acquiring cost was agreed at Rs. 50,000/- Thus taking the billing to Rs. 4,50,000/-. 4. 30th Jan, 2017, we met Mr. Anjani and Ms. Katy his fiancé at the venue for the first time. Here they instructed us to add Dandiya sticks and a wish tree with a hostess for the Mehandi function and chair bows for the Sangeet function. The total for all three elements added upto Rs. 35,000 inclusive of taxes. Thus, taking the billing to Rs. 4,85,000/-. At this time, Ms. Katy Spada issued an American Cheque for USD 3,500/- to us to keep as a guarantee as they were still not in a position to pay us. 5. 31st Jan, 2017, we again asked Mr. Anjani for a cheque for Rs. 4,85,000/- but he said that he wasn’t at the hotel and would pay the following day. 6. 1st Feb, 2017, the day of Mr. Anjani’s event, he gave us a cheque dated 8th Feb, 2017 for Rs. 4,85,000/- When we confronted him about the cheque being post dated, he said that he didn’t have sufficient funds in his account on that date and would transfer into it within the week. Trusting Mr. Anjani and not being left with another option, we took his post dated cheque on the day of his event. While we were leaving the venue, Mr. Anjani expressed his gratitude to us and told us that he appreciated all our help and was very happy with all the services we had provided to him. 7. 8th Feb, 2017, we presented Mr. Anjani’s cheque to our bank. 8. 10th Feb, 2017, Mr. Anjani’s cheque bounced. It was dishonoured due to lack of funds - an illegal and criminal activity done by Mr. Anjani. We immediately informed him of the same. 9. 11th Feb, 2017, Mr. Anjani responded to our message saying that he is travelling now, but will get it sorted in a couple of days when he reaches back to the US, and apologised for the inconvenience. 10. 15th Feb, 2017, we write to Mr. Anjani asking him to get the payment sorted out. 11. 16th Feb, 2017, Mr Anjani says that he has just gotten back and will initiate the transfer the following day. 12. 17th Feb, 2017, we send Mr. Anjani a reminder to initiate the transfer, but we don’t get any reply. 13. 18th Feb, 2017, we send Mr. Anjani a reminder to get the transfer done but don’t get any reply initially. Later that day, Mr. Anjani sends us a shocking message that he was unhappy with our services and he wants to deduct our payment. This is after he expressed his gratitude on the day of the event and hadn’t said a word about this for 17 days since his event had gotten over, and at least for a week after he had reached back home, according to his own words. He said he felt that he should pay only Rs. 2,50,000/- due to the lack in services (WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE). We felt that he was to cheat us by paying us less, by making all these false accusations. 14. Between 18th Feb, 2017 and 2nd March, 2017 Mr. Anjani didn’t pay a single rupee (not even what he felt he was entitled to pay!!) though we sent him daily reminders. Also, we never agreed to any of the claims he accused us of! 15. On 3rd March, 2017, Mr. Anjani transfers to us Rs. 1,97,964.00/-, more than a month after the event, leaving an outstanding balance of around Rs. 2,88,000/- 16. Between 3rd March 2017 and 16th March 2017, Mr. Anjani doesn’t respond to a single message of ours or take our calls. We sent him reminders and requests daily, asking him to clear the amount, as we had to pay off our vendors and were losing our credibility with our suppliers on account of his delayed payment. This is inspite of absolutely no fault of ours. Not to say the harassment we had to suffer on a personal level due to his delayed payment. 17. 20th March, 2017, Mr. Anjani himself decided that the right amount to pay us would be a mere Rs. 3,25,000 instead of the contracted amount of Rs. 4,85,000/-. WE DID NOT ACCEPT this, as we were entitled to our full payment. 18. 24th March, 2017 Mr. Anjani transferred to us Rs. 1,27,000/-. With this he had paid us a total of Rs. 3,25,000/- and the outstanding amount due to us was Rs. 1,60,000/-. Please note that he had paid us what he felt was correct, and not what we had agreed upon, and that to MORE THAN 50 DAYS AFTER the event, whereas we usually take the whole payment 10 DAYS BEFORE the event. And this was not even the whole amount!! 19. Mr. Anjani subsequently stopped taking our calls or replying to our messages and we were still getting harrowed by our suppliers for the balance payment and were running losses. Left with no alternatives, we consulted our legal advisors, who told us in no uncertain terms to bank the USD 3,500 cheque which Mr. Anjani had given to us as a guarantee. On 15th April, 2017, this cheque was cleared and we had finally received our full payment more than 75 DAYS AFTER the date of his event. We had received around Rs. 50,000/- extra and we instantly contacted Mr. Anjani and informed him that we would immediately refund the extra money if he gave us the details of the bank account he wanted us to transfer the money to. 20. From 16th April, 2017, Mr. Anjani and his wife Mrs. Katy (who hadn’t responded to any of our calls or messages during this period) started threatening us that they will post negative reviews on Social Media (including WedMeGood) if we didn’t refund the whole USD 3500 to them. We stood our ground and said that we’d be more than happy to refund the money over and above Rs. 4,85,000/- and would do so immediately, but we will not pay more than that, since we were not at fault and had been put through more and enough stress, unpleasant behavior, harassment and grief during this period. 21. From 16th April, 2017 to 2nd May, 2017 Mr. Anjani and Ms. Katy started posting nasty and completely untrue reviews about our company on various platforms online (many of which we have already got revoked/deleted/nullified by sharing the facts with the concerned platforms) and were sending us nasty messages as well. 22. On 3rd May, 2017, believe it or not, Mr. Anjani sent three goons to our office to threaten us and forcefully take the money from us. However Mr.Anjani failed to realize the power of truth. We were able to resist them and spoke to Mr. Anjani from their phone and said we’d take him to court if his henchmen didn’t leave our office right away. Infact one of them said he had attended the wedding and all those who were there had just loved the décor and found it to be the most beautiful setup. He showed us the video that he had taken of the wedding décor, but was not willing to share the same. This was the last time we heard from Mr. Anjani and his goons. I think this clearly shows how Mr. Anjaniprasad Anumalla & his wife Mrs.Patricia Kolp (Katy) had tried to CHEAT US of our hard earned money and put us through immense grief.

Ethereal Celebration Management helped bring my dream wedding to life. The team was easy to work with and incredibly approachable. They helped me plan everything from start to finish - be it the airport pick-up and drop-off, to the welcome letters and gift hampers kept in every room for the guests, they had it all under control. I particularly loved how they personalized each event keeping our love story in mind. The decor was just out of the world and they had designed a different theme with different color combo for each and every function. Their choice of the photographer was top notch and so was their DJ who just rocked my party. They helped me by working within my budget and though they took a 100% advance, they were very professional and delivered beyond my expectations. Strongly recommend them to everyone looking for a truly wonderful and a delightful wedding experience.

Ethereal team (Srikant and Nandini) did an amazing job for our 2-day wedding event at Hilton and ITC Gardenia Bangalore. To be honest, we are worried after reading the other reviews but the results were unbelievably positive. Backdrops and entrance gates were the highlight of both the events however, small-small things like our names on the flower cones, fresh flowers garlands and continuous support throughout the event days amazed us. Highly recommended from our end. Can't thank the team enough for their amazing work.

The worst event management company! They promise the words they can't keep up. Even after briefing Pranjal continuously and getting into every detailing again and again, they still managed to spoil the decor on the big day. They minimised the height of the stage, dull flower decor, wrong name board and a dead flower bouquet without the clients approval. The company doesn't follow the approved designs and brief given by the client, all they care is if the money is paid. Extremely disappointed working with them. Do not choose them.

Pranjal is Fraud! We worked with Pranjal primarily. Initially he promised an amazing decoration, but the company could deliver on only the pre-planned style. For the customization we asked for were not provided. For ex: Mehendi decoration they initially confirmed us of using all the Moroccan theme colors but actually used only 2 shades of yellow color. They also delivered mehendi decoration 1 hour late. On top of all of this Pranjal over charged us. When we were in India we could not settle the amount due to crash crisis. As a result we gave him a US cheque for assurance and later payed through wire transfers. After all the negotiated payments were settled online - Pranjal cashed our check a well. Stupidity on our part to trust him and the company. We thought Ethereal was different and focus on customer experience but they are fraud too like many other wedding decor and planning companies in India

I'd like to express a personal thank you and acknowledgement to Ethereal Celebration on their role in making my brother's engagement a very special day for my entire family. The flower decorations provided enhanced the entire look and feel of the outdoor engagement and proved to be an excellent backdrop in the engagement photos! My family and I want to congratulate the team for their kindness, thoughtfulness, professionalism, skill and their ability to deliver on all aspects on the day.
