Amazing work by Sumit and the entire team! They listened and understood to all my requirements and delivered exactly what they promised and even more. I was very happy with the decor despite being an extremely picky person.

We got married @ Labhgarh Palace on November 13th,2022. The EventGurus team went above and beyond to make our three-day event, including the mehendi, haldi, sangeet, and wedding ceremony, an unforgettable experience. From the moment we met them, we knew that they were not just planners but truly understood the importance of each and every event. I believe in fate and it was really clear that Sumit was meant to be the one who made sure our wedding was nothing less than a dream. My parents helped us with venue hunting in 2021 as we reside in US. My dad mentioned about meeting a wedding planner who gave him some insight on venues and details. We hadn't finalized the venue. Skip to 4 months later, we finalized our venue and were in search of planners. We met quite a few planners before we spoke to Sumit. Our first call with Sumit sealed the deal. He was empathetic to our needs and his communication was beyond comparison with any other vendor. We told out parents about Sumit and asked them to meet Sumit and his team. The day my parents reached the venue to meet with Sumit my dad called me crying laughing because the guy he met on the very first day our wedding planning a year ago was none other than Sumit himself. And the rest was history. Their attention to detail, empathy, and understanding truly exceeded our expectations. They took the time to listen to our ideas, concerns, and dreams, and worked tirelessly to bring them to life. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the wedding was flawless, from the decorations to the food, and everything in between. Throughout the three days of the wedding, the planners made sure that we felt supported, comfortable, and taken care of. They anticipated our needs, provided guidance and support when necessary, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. They were always available to answer our questions and made us feel like we were the only clients they had. We cannot express how grateful we are for their hard work, dedication, and compassion. The wedding planners truly felt like family, and we will cherish the memories we made with them forever. They brought our dreams to life, and we will never forget the beautiful and unforgettable experience they helped create. My experience with Event Gurus was an utter catastrophe. The struggle to communicate with them was relentless, with messages going unanswered for days and arranging calls proving nearly impossible. This lack of responsiveness turned the task of organizing our event, particularly from a distance, into a veritable nightmare. Despite their assurances, it became painfully clear that they were overwhelmed and unable to uphold their commitments. Their plans were littered with errors, resulting in numerous headaches throughout the planning process. In essence our experience with Event Gurus left us utterly disheartened. They failed spectacularly to live up to their commitments, leaving us with a wedding day fraught with disappointment and regret. The most disappointing aspect occurred post-event when we provided feedback to the event organizers; they completely ignored our input, leaving us feeling unheard after a disappointing wedding experience. In nutshell, Event Gurus subpar services left a bitter taste in our mouths, and I strongly caution anyone considering their services to seek out a more dependable and capable event planning team.

The wedding was incredible. I felt like I was in a movie. The attention to detail was breathtaking. Great job team, keep up the great work! The families appreciate it very much.

Event Gurus have been amazing. From the very first time we spoke to Summit, we could tell that he was experienced in making weddings memorable- he had the experience that we needed and, the most important thing was that he listened to the kind of wedding we were looking for. We were demanding clients, always asking for details, 9 months before the actual day, constantly stressing out ( My fiancé and I were not based in India and my parents while being in India - had never managed a task like this before, in India)- but Summit handled us with care and patience- answering our questions and making sure we felt as ease every time we spoke with him. As the day cam closer, we saw Summit and his team take on hundreds of tasks like pros- thinking of little things and details that we hadn’t even thought of. On the wedding itself, the Event Gurus team worked like a well-oiled machine- everything went extremely smoothly (if it didn’t, we didn’t know because the team made sure that we aren’t bothered by anything!), the team members were extremely polite and courteous, passionate about customer service and trying to do everything in their power to make the experience special for us and our guests. Our wedding guests complimented us on every little detail that the Event Gurus team helped us put together and Event Gurus gave us and our wedding guests a wedding experience that we will be talking about for years to come. Finally, last but definitely not the least, Summit made every effort to stay within our budget, helping us cut costs and giving us advice at every juncture - without ever compromising on the quality of our experience. We cannot recommend Event Gurus highly enough- our wedding was beyond anything we could have imagined.

He is a thorough professional and they delivered on all their promises, the decor was outstanding and exactly how we designed. It was my sister's wedding at Deltin, Daman. The Event Gurus team was professional beyond belief. The team is very friendly, understands your requirements and executes it exactly the way they have promised. From the day one I trusted Sumit that he will deliver as per my expectations and ‘Yes’ the decor was excellent. Entire family and relatives loved the decor.
