A young an energetic team who takes the idea of wedding planning to next level. I am super impressed by the energy and the dedication that Ninad has which is also exhibited by his team. Flinters management made my 25th Wedding anniversary celebrations a memorable event with many firsts in the list. His pre-work ensured we finalize our plan in few meetings and was available on phone for any query, including a mid-night travel to the venue to run through the décor. He always had new ideas to share and décor patterns are amazing. The real test lies in execution, one can spend hours in planning but execution tests the nerves. This 2night three day event had many sessions that included - Haldi-Mehndi-Pool Party-Sangeet-Shaadi(Phere)- Theme lunch-Reception-Cocktail-DJ etc All of them were handled smoothly, team would complete the preparation before we would know. All that we had to do was to come and celebrate/enjoy. I wont forget one instance that impressed me - For the reception we finalized outdoor lawn, we looked at the weather prediction a day before which suggested heavy rains. I wanted the event to happen in the lawn, Ninad supported my view and said he will go ahead with setting up the stage outdoor and decide next day afternoon. He was affirmative that rain would not spoil the party. This comes with experience, and it happened the way he mentioned. Rains started only after our outdoor event was done. He risked his décor items but made sure the event is a success. We opted flinters management for our wedding day and I can say we made the best choice. Everything was so beautifully done with the whole team arriving on time and making sure that the decor,music and all wedding essentials were ready and sorted on time. Not only did they execute our vision of our wedding perfectly and beautifully, they were with us through the entire process of a cancelled wedding (due to Covid) which was done later on a smaller scale. For my wedding we got the recommendation of Flinters management from a friend...we spoke about our requirements and discussed things over msgs and phone, but we needed a face behind that name. As we couldn't meet in person due to Lockdown, we connected over a video call. Still they completely understood our requirements and taste very fast. After talking to him, we knew he is the person who should decorate our dream wedding...there wasn't any second thought. As situation improved we decided to visit the venue in person along with them to understand the decor. As my job was impacted due to covid, he was considerate about it and never pushed for add-ons and gave many timely and invaluable suggestions for the overall events. After our discussion, while leaving he said "It's a family function for me." I smiled and left. As soon as I reached the venue, I was in awe with the place all decked up for my wedding. As my friends said, every corner was Instagram Ready. Through out the two days of the wedding, their team was on their toes making sure everything goes smooth and kept me worry free.
