What can I say - aweful! We hired Akshay and his team to setup a mehendi function for family and few friends. It was supposed to start at 9am with setup done by 6am. At noon, they were still cleaning the carpets, after what I would call a AWEFUL setup with dirty linens, no color coordination and randomly thrown together props! We had to move our ceremony inside last minute (it was too crowded for 40+ guests, including my in-laws and friends traveling from US - what an impression it left on them!). Worst part, Akshay was missing and would not answer our phone calls. My uncle had to guide his team on how to setup the tables etc, while ceremonies were ongoing at the house. Only reason I give 2 stars is because atleast Akshay didn't argue with us after..and took discounted payment. I wouldnt hire him again, EVER. Zero reliability!
