We had hired Fotomagica and they were amazing. We really liked their work and the results were too good, loved the photographs & video and also they delivered everything on time and there was absolutely no delay in anything. We are highly satisfied with their work, it was a wonderful experience!

If you are a perfectionist and looking for the perfect photographer to capture your life event, you are on the right website. Fotomagica’s team are talented professional photographers, and also very nice and energetic people. They will help and assist you throughout your photo shoot in order to make it the most memorable and truly magical.Even if you have no idea how to behave in front of the camera, they will easily guide you so that your pictures look very natural and emotional. @All prospective brides and grooms. As you see from string of spates between us and a photograhper, I'D LIKE YOU TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THEIR LANGUAGE, THEIR ACTIVITIES, NAME CALLING and approach towards photography The very fact my bad review didn't come as a surprise meaning they know they've done something wrong. Person who is SPOC can be biased (me). But what about bride, her family? Is it fair to drag grooms brother' in law when the conversation is between vendor and client? They'll do that to you! Drag and post pictures without client or subjects permission. It's legitimate to get angry when someone does thay right? But Divya will play women's card. What shame. Lastly, I ask all the married and to be married couples out there- don't you think you want a photographer who adjusts and accomodates to your busy schedule? Don't you want an empathetic person who understands that photogs need to be proactive and engage and interact with the attendees and ensure atleast most family members are covered? No, diya and shaan won't do that. They'll expect VIP treatment and say sir ye schedule mein nahi hai. Can you beleive they didn't take a SINGLE PHOTO OF GUESTS EATING DINNER POST DURING JAIMAAL. You wanna know why? Simple- "creative decision by fotomagica not tk take shots of guests during night". Where is tjis written in contract? This is assumed. Many such incidents have taken place which I'll continue to post and enlighten you all. Save money and promote good artists. NOT FRAUDSTER, GOONS who portray themselves as photographer because marriage clients are always on the receiving side with no leverage. It's unfair to ask clients to pay 100% without seeing a single output. It should be in tranches. Can you believe we got our album after 2 years of marriage? Videos 1.5 years after marriage? That too typos all over. Their vendors do not know basic English. That's why shaan doesn't have confidence over his primary business hence opened small tea and coffee shops. Because he knows he'll soon be out of business because of his poor attitude and no talent or professionalism Should instead buy 2 good DSLR and give it to nieces and nephews who will atleast have something to prove and have stake in ensuring photo's turn out nice. Not to mention cordial support and enjoyment throughout the event.

Don't be fooled by online reviews, they're all paid by fotomagica friends. Avoid them at all costs, even if they're the last photographer on the planet. They'll not deliver one single photo unless you give them 100% money. Betterr hire a lawyer too because all they'd say is "it's not in contract" They didn't capture important moments such as guests, some important ceremonies on bride side. Whrn it comes to videos, since they're incompetent they'll outsourcr it to a Vendor and thus won't entertain single change. You'll have to take whatever they give or leave it. They're supposed to work in advance with stage designers but Shantanu skipped the meeting as a result we had a glass back stage and our stage photos have reflection. Despite having 8-10 photographers, videographers every day and paying up 2.25 lakhs, they not only missed capturing pics but blame it on bride and groom for not entertaining them enough. How are families busy in marriage supposed to borrow photogs and invite them to every event despite sharing all plans upfront. To add insult to injury they'll keep asking for.more Money for every single change in album, video etc and you will pay because you're the client and these thugs have got your most cherished moments in their hostage. How I wish to let everyone know about pain and misery wedding photographers can cause. They are supposed to capture the most important moment in lives of not one but two families. But all Shaan and Divya gave us were lies, incompetency, thuggery and tension.

Well, this review didn't really come as a surprise to us. Mr. Amar & Mrs. Meenakshi Gupta This couple has really taught us a lesson of a lifetime that no matter what or how friendly you are with a couple they will always treat you as a photographer. This duo surely knows how to disrespect a woman and use foul words. 1. Reviews: "Mr. Amar & Mrs. Meenakshi Gupta" to which they are calling a paid review should understand if they are educated enough that what paid and unpaid reviews are and how their algorithm works. This duo did all the research and even reached out to few our clients based on the reviews after that they finalised us. So their first allegation is baseless as their words are. 2. Deliverables: Mr. Amar & Mrs. Meenakshi Gupta Nobody needs a lawyer only a 6yr old kid can understand the language written in the contract which this duo happily signed. We delivered all the Raw data immediately post wedding hence took rest of the amount. We think it's fair right? 3. Changes asked for the Videos: Mr. Amar & Mrs. Meenakshi Gupta. We made all the possible changes asked by this duo, in fact we have reference videos and how many times they asked for the correction. 4. Meeting: Mr. Amar & Mrs. Meenakshi Gupta We think planned things works better and that's how we work but Mr. Amar Gupta wake up one day and decide to call me at the venue immediately. Since he is into a job and not in business he must understand the nature of business we are in. We told them that we are travelling today and please postponed it for tomorrow or a day after but they started shouting and his Dad misbehaved. And m sure nobody likes getting yelled for no reason. Getting a glass background at the back of a stage doesn't require a rocket science to understand that it will reflect. In this era we live in a digital world and Video call could have been an option too. But they decided to go ahead with their choice which we can't be blamed for. 5. Capturing Moments: It's very well written in our contract to update us about each and every ritual that takes place at the venue because things are different in reality than you planned it. With our experience we knows that location changes, spots changes, timings get changed, rituals could vary in fact in many cases even the venues get changed. So we always ask our couples to assign someone who could at least update our team that when and where the rituals are going on for the seamless coverage. But the Duo and their relatives were so rude and were like " Aap khud pata kar lo,hame nahi pata " 6. Album: Mr. Amar & Mrs. Meenakshi Gupta Album companies will give you only one possible change and correction but they kept asking many changes and kept increasing their sheets in the album resulting in the extra cost. Hope they are qualified to understand extra labour and service means extra cost. But when it comes to pocket they call themselves a victim. On top of that we provided one extra album as a complimentary thing. Adding to that even after calling us names and swearing this duo has their Display Picture clicked by FMP funny that is ;). They denied us to post any of our creativity on social media but they kept posting to their social media handle. #double standards Unfortunately google doesn't allow us to post screenshots or voice recordings to expose such clients who doesn't respect artists and their art. They denied our team accommodation and food at the venue but expect us round the clock to cover their amazing moments. Also we have a conversation recorded where this Duo Mr. Amar & Mrs. Meenakshi Gupta and her brother Shantanu)threatened one of FotoMagica Photography's partner to visit at her home and do things but to keep things calm we didn't report them.
