Just don't. Just do not make the same mistake we did by engaging them for your wedding. They promise the earth and don't deliver anything. I'm reasonably sure the company doesn't exist any more since none of the 'owners' are picking up their phones. It's been 1.5 years since our wedding and we have a shoddily edited (after 15 revisions where we literally told them what to put in) half baked film which we're too ashamed to even show our worst enemies. The day of your wedding they'll wait around for their money and you won't hear from them after. They'll promise all kinds of timelines with a contract to boot and won't stick to anything promised. We made the mistake of referring two of our friends to them not knowing how terrible the experience will be. I'm assuming any review above 1* below this is fake given that they are incapable of producing anything of any quality. Absolute waste of money and time. When we started out we regarded them as friends and enjoyed their jovial nature but soon realized that these 3 are the least professional individuals we've met in our lives. 1.5 years and we're still waiting, maybe they'll see this note and remember... unlikely!

The worst decision you could make in your wedding preparations is hiring Frame Asia to cover it. Photos were supposed to be delivered within 30 days & the wedding film by 60 days as per the contract. After constant following up for the photos post the 30-day deadline, the photos for some of the events were uploaded within 60-75 days after the wedding. It was only after continously nagging them that we got them to upload all of them. Luckily we had been given the raw unprocessed photos right after the wedding. We had to constantly call them up every week to get the 1st cut of our video which arrived 3.5 months post the wedding. It was horrible - disjointed storyline, pathetic song selection & couldn't even begin to compare with the quality of their past work. It was evident that it hadn't even been reviewed, much less edited by any of the 3 core team members (Arshdeep, Arwinder & Subodh). We even sent them a thorough minute by minute list of changes which we thought could make the video worth watching. None of them were made - they uploaded the same video & said that the changes had been made. It's been more than a year now since our wedding and we still don't have our video - they continue to make excuses & push the delivery. We've followed up almost every week, been given countless false promises & deadlines. They don't pick up your calls, don't call back & keep making excuses. There's no ownership in the team & they can't even co-ordinate between themselves. We have experienced the most unprofessional behaviour from Frame Asia in such a service oriented industry.

If you are fine with not getting your wedding photos and videos properly even 1 year after your wedding, you can think of choosing them. Highly highly disappointing . They just talk about things without delivering . It’s a total headache when one has to chase them every week for the wedding photos and videos. Even the final output of their work is not as expected . Editing of photos was not done appropriately at some places. What’s worse is that they will talk big and deliver small

Amazing people..!!!! So clam and relax, handled my family & relatives (which I think the most difficult job in the world ) These are the few crazy bunch of people who knows how make a wedding great to involve in every aspect to guide us to make this wedding amazing... !!! There are literally no words to describe Frame Asia. They are one of the best candid photographer in Delhi. Their professionalism is unlike any other - prompt with responses and super creative. They offer pre-wedding shoots. They helps to prepare for the big day, especially if you are unsure of how to 'act' in front of the camera. They are very friendly and caters to your needs. I am not getting words to describe their quality of work.

The lengths they would go to, to get that perfect shot is a rare find and something that should be commended. FA, the work you did for our wedding was just wonderful!!! Me and my fiancé are very particular about photography. So when we met these three people Arshdeep , Arwinder and Subodh it was very certain that they’ll gonna shoot our engagement. The cinematic videos were outstanding , no words for it . They worked on each and everything from the songs of our preferences to the shots . Pictures were no different. I got married in July this year in Taj Vivanta Delhi. As every bride would like, I too was searching for the best photographers out there. I don't live in India and therefore I completely relied on reviews on different portals. I choose Frame Asia as I saw some reviews on their page (which I now see are all fake and posted by their own accomplices) and they seemed okay. Selecting Frame Asia was possibly the WORST decision I could take for the most special day of my life. Everything about my wedding was perfect, but alas the photographers I choose to capture those beautiful moments ruined it all for us. Frame Asia took premium prices from us and we happily gave the money well before even the wedding reception was over. We had our wedding reception in Nagpur. Being a Delhi based company, they asked us if 4 of their team members can go to Nagpur to cover photography and videography and we agreed to pay for their flights, accommodation, food, everything. On the day of the wedding reception, Harmeet and the team informed us that they would not do traditional photography as that is charged extra. They will only take candid pictures. If we want them to take pictures of people who are coming on stage to bless us (traditional photography), we would need to pay 20k extra!!! This was 30 minutes before the function started! 30 minutes!!! We were in no mood to take this unfairness and my family, therefore, arranged someone else to cover it while they enjoyed eating buffet at the function. After all that, the content of the photos and video we got is just DISASTROUS. I had to edit most of my photos myself but what is more astonishing was that they did not even give us the complete raw set of pics. Myself, my husband and our families were made to pose several times but we never saw those photos EVER. We gave the money to Harmeet and when we questioned him, he said that he is no longer a part of Frame Asia. To get this content we had to wait more than 3 months and could only get it after I repeatedly nagged 4 different team members (Arshdeep, Arwinder, Subodh, Harmeet) for it which wasn't easy for me as I am based in Europe and not India. If you are even slightly considering to hire Frame Asia for your special day, let me warn you, that you would be dealing with a bunch of careless individuals who would like to just have some fun on your expense and are not bothered about anything else.

Amazing people with outstanding talent! One word that comes to my mind when I think about Frame Asia is Mindblowing. They blew and swept us off our feet at every stage of our wedding. My interaction with them began from half way around the world from Toronto, Canada. Planning a wedding from half way around the world is not easy and Subodh, Harmeet and team made it very easy. During my search for the perfect photography team I interacted with a lot of Delhi based photographers and the thing that really stood out for me for Frame Asia was their amazing energy and their never ending ability to deliver the best. Planning a destination wedding can definitely be overwhelming! Me and Vybhav met with Harmeet, Subodh and Aarsh sometime in April of 2017, and instantly we felt a connection not only with their type of work but them! One Word. PHENOMENAL! Got to know about this amazing team and the brain behind it all Harmeet through a very close friend and I absolutely had to have them at my sister's wedding! We are foreigners and my sister had the reception back at her in-laws in India. We wanted to keep the same feel and style throughout the wedding at home and in india and I knew frameasia could deliver the very best. & they did not prove me wrong at all! Harmeet, Subodh, Arwinder & the rest felt just like family and they understood our expectations right from the start which was a blessing as it meant we had nothing to worry on the photography and videography part! Being a complete foreign bride, i was drop dead worried about photographers and videographers for my wedding reception back in India over at my in-laws. I always knew I was not going to be a very traditional bride, always preferring a book to any celebrations. So much so that mine is one of the very few weddings I have ever attended! I did NOT want a traditional photographer 'torturing' me through my most precious moments. But after meeting Harmeet and Arwinder I was almost convinced and gave a go ahead. The entire team was so patient, considerate and fun throughout the wedding, they actually became part of the wedding party. I was missing them for days on after the celebrations were over. And when you are having so much fun, it just reflects in the outcome. They have captured mine and my familys candid moments so beautifully without even making us realize, and more than that I will be eternally grateful to them for adding their magic for making it much more worth of a memory. All my friends in London loved the videos and clips they created, so much so, that Harmeet has had several invitations to collaborate since then. I decided to book Frame Asia for my brother's wedding cause of their impressive work i saw on facebook. And thankfully, i made the best decision.
