I had a really bad experience with them. I came from USA to attend my niece’s wedding and bought 3 dresses for my daughter. They did some alterations and those were so bad seems like someone who has no idea of alterations, did it. Each dress costs me about Rs. 35000. I asked them for refund but they keep telling me they need to look into it and I mentioned them them that I have flight day after but they didn’t budge.They didn’t refund or exchange any of them. Now these dresses are sitting in my closet. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO BUY THEIR STUFF. Same day there were multiple customers complaining about the same thing.
