Pathetic experience. He was so nice and pleasing to talk with. Booked him for all events starting from Roka till wedding. He even convinced me and my mom to take some make up classes before the wedding from him. Did not show up. Took money from my mom convincing her that he wi buy make up products and send for her. Six months have passed he doesn’t respond nor has he given the products. When he came for my wedding events, he had to bring all the products that we had paid for, he didn’t and said he will send them or drop them. Didn’t come back. During the final wedding ceremony he made a huge story about some personal issues, harassed my parents to clear unfair and excess dues despite more than 60% payment cleared he took extra money from my parents taking advantage of their weak moments (at a point where my pheras were just finished and they wanted everything to go smoothly). Now he has almost 50k excess towards him for which he doesn’t respond, he stopped picking calls, blocked me on Instagram and is being completely unprofessional.

DO NOT BOOK HIM!! I am giving 0.5 star rating because this is the least rating I can give on wedmegod. He will scam you after agreeing to everything. My wife and me were planning on getting married in April but cos of change in covid laws we decided to postpone it. My wife paid Hitesh 20 thousand rupees in advance. So when she called to tell him that it's been cancelled and to check if there's any refund policy, he stopped answering her calls. She tried for a month and he didn't pick up. So we called him from a different number (my number) and he immediately picked up. We spoke very calmly, no raised voices no cuss words. He apologized and said he had some family emergency (which I believed because this pandemic has affected all of us) and he said that he will return 50% of the advance. Which was completely fine. We weren't expecting on getting the full amount and when he said 50% we agreed at once. He asked for a week's time which we agreed upon. One week became two, weeks became months. Each time we call (and the few times he picks up) he makes another excuse of why he couldn't pay. This whole fiasco of asking him for our money started in May and today we're in the month of December. He himself said he'll return 50% and he needed time and we gave him enough of time. I didn't want to resort to going on social media or on Google reviews and giving him a bad review but he left me with no choice.

Hitesh Suneja and his team were incredible. They were always early and always worked according to our schedule. They were extremely friendly and even fun to spend time with while I was getting ready! They made adjustments to their plans for the makeup and hair styling based on what could be realistically accomplished in the time we had. We loved their style of very minimalistic work that brings out my natural features, and they stuck to that style throughout the wedding. Extremely unprofessional & pathetic makeup. Got to the venue late and left in between to do another bride and leaving behind his group of trainees who could not basic hairdo and makeup of my family members. My bridal makeup started wearing off even before the jaimala and my friends had to cover up his nuisance piece of work. Completely spoiled my wedding! Never ever book this guy. Extremely shit!

Hitesh and his team were extremely professional and versatile. They came in with a plan, involving hair, make-up, and dupatta draping, for each event and had a variety of looks that they tried and perfected. I wanted a very natural look for all my events and they did a phenomenal job of making that happen. They are also very punctual and efficient which was important me as well. Would definitely recommend them to others for their weddings!

Going through so many makeup artists I was confused but Hitesh tend to be one of the best option. He was on time and took minimal time to get me ready for my D day. He gave me natural and dewy makeup, exactly the kind of makeup I wanted.

if you guys do not want to break don right before your wedding then please do not book him. He was so late first of all. My wedding was supposed to start at 8 and he showed up at 7 and u cannot expect bridal makeup to be done in just an hr. Moreover i did not even like the hairdo that he did and then later the curls he did also opened after and hour or so and i was there looking like a complete horror show and now that i have made the payment and booked him in advance for the cocktail aswell i called him to do my cocktail makeup which was also so bad and when i asked for a refund he just stood there apologising and did not give my back a single penny. Please guys never book him. He goofed up so much that i still get angry recalling my experience.

I hired Hitesh for my engagement and wedding makeup. Unfortunately on the day of my engagement one of his closest relative passed away. He informed me and promptly arranged for 2 makeup artists who substituted him in different shifts. He made sure that I get the best makeup service possible in his absence. Everything was done on time and I liked the makeup also. On the wedding day he could spare only 2-3 hours on me and my family. He was quick and efficient and I got exactly the type of makeup I wanted. He gave me an absolute natural look with minimum layer of foundation. It was very subtle and elegant. I would definitely hire him again for my sister’s marriage(whenever that happens).

I found Hitesh through WedMeGood, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I could have made. As a person who doesn't know anything about makeup I was very apprehensive about choosing a makeup artist. But Hitesh quelled those fears. He paid full attention to the brief and was very good with his work. The day of the wedding he was a good sport and even tried to keep the atmosphere light and stress-free by telling me anecdotes and playing amazing music. A fantastic human being and a fantastic artist.

I booked Hitesh for engagement makeup for myself, my sis and my mother. Unfortunately we had a non- professional experience. I use better products on normal life. His face products were good but eye products were local. Also, he didn’t match the foundation and concealer Color tones to skin tones (huge mistake in my opinion for a professional makeup artist). The eye makeup got smudged in an hour, there was too much concealer that turned cakey, my sister’s bun opened in an hour. Not happy with quality of makeup.

I booked Hitesh for my bridal makeup and makeup​ of my sister and mother. Hitesh did a fantastic job and loved the makeup. Not only bridal, he did a very good job for my sister as well. he is also very professional. due to a family emergency he could not come on the Sangeet function but sent his team who also did a good job. also they were always on time and very calm and patient. they also managed time as well and got us all ready on time.

I got in touch with him around six months before my wedding and since then he was always just a call or a message away for any queries or looks I had in my mind, even including my bridal wear. He also did my mother's make up and we both were satisfied with our looks. The make up made me feel very confident and good about myself. I only have complaints with my hairdo. Even though I loved the hairstyle and was something I wanted, it didn't stay like that till long and started getting frizzy after two hours. But I loved my overall look and it got me a lot of compliments. So, I would really recommend Hitesh and his team for all brides. P.S. He plays some really cool music during the make-up .

After a fiasco makeup for my engagement(from a so called high end salon at green park), I took extra care about my makeup and hair. We did a trial look for both days, Sangeet and wedding.. and I was floored with compliments :) hitesh being very patient understood what exactly I wanted and I wish him all the love and luck for future endeavours. cheers! Ps: with the latest demonetisation, he was kind enough to accept all modes of payment, which was of great help.

Highly recommended. Found Hitesh after a lot of research and he was one of the very MUA who agreed to give me a trial before the actual stint! He went the extra mile by suggesting what would go best with my outfit and his interest was clearly visible. When my engagement MUA ditched me at the last minute, Hitesh was kind enough to arrange an alternative for me and he obviously scored the extra brownie points here. Getting my make-up done from Hitesh was one of the best decisions I have ever made apart from selecting my groom of course. I came across him through the enormous research that I did for my D-Day and he definitely proved to be worth all the effort. He did my make-up for my wedding and engagement, and did a stunning job with both! He made me look better than what I expected and not cakey (which I feared the most). He gave me quite diverse and gorgeous hairstyles for both the functions, so much so that I had 3-4 friends lining up to get their make-up done by him on their wedding days. Completely worth the money and truly a star!
