Where do I start? You have to understand that these people are top of the game. If they commit something, they deliver it. At first, anything I asked for the answer was always “yes”. I was under a healthy skepticism about the execution because everything was a yes sir, it’ll happen don’t worry but gosh did they deliver at the event and killed it. Rahul Arya, Niharika, Rahul Yadav are amazing at what they do and they can pull off anything even at the last moment. I’ll be honest and say they do charge a premium as compared to other vendors but it was all worth it. The final decor was 100% same to what was promised and mentioned in our mood board. I would’ve expected them to do maybe 80% of it and be happy but they went above and beyond and executed every fine details to perfection. The on ground staff and team at the event was phenomenal and worked tirelessly for 3 days to make our wedding very memorable. Again, the ground team never said no for anything, every small detail and demand was taken care. If I had one feedback, it would be that the team needs to comfort the couple way in advance of the event and not leave things to last minute. I understand it’s a daily job for you and you pull off these events everyday but you have to understand for the couple it’s once in a lifetime and super important so I’d say just making sure the couple is confident in you would go a long way. For example, some things were finalized and closed two days before the event and at that time nobody wants stress to go into this stuff. I’d say the timelines need to be adhered to and every details should be closed way in advance so that there is no last minute rush. To summarize, great decor, phenomenal execution, detail oriented, little premium but worth it and superb on ground staff. Thank you team Kabir events ❤️❤️

The vibrant baraat set the tone for the festivities, while the varmala mandap was truly outstanding, leaving guests in awe. Kabir Events did the decor for my sisters wedding that happened in Goa on 22nd January at W. Right from the first meeting, we were really impressed with Rahul's presentation skills and his professionalism and commitment to deliver the best to his client and the quest to make them happy. Niharika was the key person who helped us execute the vision we had created for each of the events starting the welcome lobby to the wedding reception. Every function was unique and the decor was class apart with high quality aesthetics and timely execution. The Mehendi was a fairytale themed event, the decor for this specific event blew peoples mind with the fine detailing that was done right from the stage backdrop to the cushion covers to the props. The varmala stage was made entirely with real flowers as committed by Rahul and it simply accentuated the entire look of the already scenic Helipad at W. Additionally the bollywood themed sangeet night looked no less than a movie premiere night, all thanks to the wonderful work done by Niharika and Rahul. We were pretty happy with the end product. The guests at our wedding found the decor of every event very unique and enjoyed it throughly and every detailing done was noticeable. Akansha in particular (our wedding planner) was incredibly helpful and every single thing we asked for she delivered upon. I recently hired Soul Connect and unfortunately, it did not go well and the whole process ultimately left me disappointed and frustrated. One of the major letdowns was the lack of attention to detail throughout the planning process. Small but significant details were either overlooked or executed poorly. For example, printing the wrong timing for the event or having a horrendous print on the dance floor or having a tarot card stall set up right next to the speakers. We were also pulled out during an event to clear a payment which could have been handled before or after - really disruptive. There was absolutely no initiative on ideas or the itinerary, it was an extremely passive attempt from their end. We had hoped for a more intimate and personalised wedding and it seems like their experience is more with conventional weddings. It was a case of a gross misalignment in what they usually deliver vs what we needed. I really wish I could leave a better review but the whole process was an absolute ordeal and not something a couple needs before their wedding.

Kabir events did an amazing job at my wedding. They worked patiently together to figure out themes and the right decor matching it. They were flexible and adhered to all my requirements and presented exceptional decor at all my wedding events. Akansha is focused, friendly and accommodating. She managed end to end execution smoothly keeping calm and being accommodative. She's done a great job putting everything together and setting up a great ambience at all events. Ketak has been instrumental and supportive of last minute changes. He is customer obsessed and makes sure his team is focused on highest customer satisfaction.

It's one thing hiring a vendor and having them do the wedding arrangements. It's a totally different realm when a close friend/family member is handling the arrangements as they are personally invested and will give everything to make everything spectacular. The experience with Soul Connect by Kabir Events was the latter. We were extremely particular about the themes we want for our functions. In our quest to find the “right” vendor, we interacted with over six different vendors and observed their moodboards. However, none of them came close to the ones presented by Akansha. We established a close bond and rapport with Soul Connect’s team since day 1, particularly Akanska and Kritika. Akansha was diligent in her efforts, patiently listened to our ideas, understood our vision, and implemented the feedback with every revision. During the D-day, she went above and beyond in ensuring that even the smallest of last minute requirements are fulfilled. Her multitasking skills are truly godly. Kritika was handling the invite designs and stationary. She always kept her cool and remained unfazed even during the instances when we had to scrap everything and start afresh. Ketak’s no-nonsense, direct and succinct style made communication effective. He didn’t overpromises, kept our expectations realistic, and conveyed everything in a “what is feasible” style instead of “what you want to hear” style. He was physically present during all the events. In addition, the team’s availability and responsiveness was phenomenal even though there was a 10.5 hour time difference. By the end, the level of trust, comfort, and bonding developed made it all effortless. There wasn’t any vendor-vendee formalities and we became besties. The dream team comprising of Akansha, Kritika, Kunal, and the big boss Ketak ensured that our big day was memorable and successful!

Kabir event team will make your dreams come into reality. I had my brothers wedding at Holiday Inn, Goa on 26th and 27th April 2021. Our wedding being a big fat marwadi wedding we wanted to be completely satisfied before choosing any event company. In total we screened 4 event companies and out of 4 we choose Kabir Events. The reason behind choosing them was their style of work and dedication to work, they just dint gave any copy paste presentation they created their own imaginable theme sets as i wanted everything new which we had not experienced before. So in total we had 4 events lined up 1. Santorini Sundowner- This functions was sort of sundowner party, where all the elements and outlays where in Greece theme. The images and presentations which they gave us was very beautiful and eye catching but the work and theme set which came into reality was more beautiful and upto mark. All the small points were covered say carpets,tents, umbrellas, couple seating, photo booth etc everything was upto mark and nicely executed. 2. Jungle Disco- This function was our sangeet night. First of all I was not sure about this event how it will be executed as this decor was completely new and even I dint receive proper presentation and images for this event. But ketak was always keen that we should try something new which was never tried by any one . But when the decor was executed I was completely blown, the elements of jungle which they used right from trees to the stage backdrop everything was just awesome. They had covered all the points in the decor they dint even miss a single point which I can point out that was missed, everything was nicely covered they dint overdo the decor but with all small elements, the jungle decor just looked just amazing. 3.Royal Wedding-This was our main function, being the wedding all guests had attended this function. Our baraat was in morning at 10am, as the wedding was in Goa there was lot of heat and humidity but kabir event made sure we don't dry up in such heat they had completely covered our route map with tents and along with tents they were lot of coolers and water sprinklers so that baraat don't get tired and dehydrated in the heat. The decor for the wedding was in auspicious lotus theme in white and peach color. It so beautifully decorated right from the entry to wedding mala stage everything was upto mark. As the theme was lotus oriented they had even created a walkway towards the wedding stage, the walkway was so beautifully created it was adding the auspiciousness of lotus and its importance in wedding. Again i need to say presentation which they give and decor which they create is more beautiful than the images. 4.The Glam Night- The glam night being our reception i dint wanted it to be very huge as rest all our functions were very huge with bigger stages and huge decor. But even in this event kabir team impressed us with their style of work. Decor was just simple rose gold decor but all the small elements which they used for entry passage to photo booth to stage was just WOW. Even here they dint used the design which they had used before they created their own design and theme. So I would definitely suggest every 1 pls go for kabir events if you want something new and something unique and yes also in your budget. They deliver what they promoise they just never say no to anything, they will arrange everything what you ask. Even their designing team will make sure all your stationery stuff say baggage tags, iternery cards, marriage cards are made with proper style and theme of your event. Only 1 thing which i would like them to improve is on their RSVP part rest everything is just 5 starts. Sorry i just can't share images of all our event as I don't want them to get copied. I contacted Ketak through WedMeGood 2 days before I was flying to Goa to view venues. He made himself available and flew down from Pune for a meeting. I met 4 vendors but was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and personal approach.
