I felt scammed as a customer. Decent clothes quality if you are unable to shop locally in India but the worst customer care service for international customers - absolutely not worth the money they charge. They clearly told me in writing that I will not have to pay any customs/duty charges as they would send my order as a gift but I ended up getting a custom tax of around 18% of the entire cost and they only refunded it partially and stopped replying afterwards. It seems they would agree to almost anything to get an order and would not care to the troubles the customer faces because of that once they get the money. They should provide proper disclaimers to the customers about situations beyond their control BEFORE taking the order or take 100% responsibility. I ve lost all the excitement I had to wear the dress for one of my wedding functions due to this experience. Will not recommend to anyone else.
