Do not buy from Kapoor designers as I have had a very bad experience with them. I bought a Lehenga from them after exploring their App and buying according to the specifications mentioned. A bridal Lehenga of 4.25m Ghera. When the courier arrived it had the same lehenga but of 2.75 m Ghera. I was naturally upset as it was a COD AND I had paid for it in full and called them to complain. Like Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, I expected a exchange in 2-3 days time. But it was a shattering experience with Kapoor designers. They would not pick my calls. A guy call Habib refused to answer my messages. And for days I kept on messaging on WhatsApp asking for an exchange to no avail. Finally when they did answer, they gave me 2 options: 1. Come to Surat and exchange for another product as this lehenga was not available as per their website specifications. 2. Courier it back to us at your expense and we will refund your amount. In both scenarios I was to pay the expense of their mistake. I was very upset as they had sent a defective piece and were highly insensitive to it. Finally there is no resolution to my problem even today. Giving one star as it is mandatory for posting a review. If it were up to me, I would have given a negative rating.
