I had a terrible experience ordering from this vendor…. Firstly she couldn’t deliver me within time …. Secondly she delivered me 2 products in completely damaged state worth Rs 6800 … Also the packaging of the products was poorly done from her end which resulted into this…. The day I received the parcel and shared the picture of the damaged product , she stopped responding to my messages and calls and switched off her phone …. I kept on asking her to either resend the same product or to refund my money for the same as the damaged products were totally useless to me but she gave no response to my messages and calls …. I don’t appreciate such an unprofessional attitude I think she should inform her customers prior that she takes no responsibility of delivering products in usable condition so that we don’t take risk of ordering costly items from her . Also I feel if she wasn’t willing to return or refund my money she could have just responded to my message and told me the same …. But the way she ran out of this conversation because of her negligence and fault pissed me off the most ….. I had placed a rakhi order with Krafternia on 5th August 2021...They still have not delivered my order and I think I have called them more than 20 times in last 24 hrs but they have not even bothered to call back..all they are doing is just sending delayed response to my chats. I did also pay for delivery charges and they only couriered my order on 20th Aug which is yesterday inspite of making advance payment on 5th. I reached out to courier company and they say I will receive my rakhis by 24th Aug which is post rakshabandhan. again contacted Krafternia but still no response....Must say lack of professionalism and extremely poor service. I would recommend people to not buy from here orelse you will fall into the trap...Krafterina please have the courtesy to respond to calls and Apologize as well refund my amount..

Highly unprofessional! Order rakhis with them, hasn’t reached to me even 1 day before rakhi. No reply of calls or messages, They don’t even give tracking number, and they share screenshots which have no info about the parcel. Charged me 100₹ for courier & still hasn’t reached me. Never rely on them

They don't even deserve a star. ordered accessories for my wedding almost 40 days before, they promised to send it within 10 days. And it got delivered after 6 days after my wedding. they didn't respond properly. After I received the product, it was broken and of bad quality. had a bad experience. don't trust them. they ask for full payment at first and don't respond after that. most importantly, very bad quality products.

Their designs are unique. The best part is they are ready to customize each order. Placing the order is super easy. They communicate immediately. The order arrived just in time. The jewelry looked beautiful and was exactly how i asked for.

The order was incorrect and broken. I had two pieces one for myself and the other for my mother. They were helpful in taking all the customizations before payment. Once payment was made, they didn’t respond much and the product was actually directly shipped without even confirming final details . The final product was ok and had poor quality bangles with the small beads coming out. One of the customized bangle set even had incorrect text. So definitely they don’t do any quality check and don’t even verify customizations with the customer. Overall, poor service. They are fast in processing ( with mistakes in order, so being fast doesn’t really help then) but not customer friendly once you make the payment.

The quality of their product is great.. they sent me the wrong color of product first and it took 15 days for the correct product to reach me. But the good part is, I could receive it in time.

Worst customer service till date. They have made me make payment and I haven’t received my products even in 1 months time. No response to calls, messages, Instagram DMs. Pathetic experience- they even remove the negative comments from their posts. Their name should be removed from vendors in wedding websites. I hope I receive my shipments before the wedding or atleast my money so that I can arrange from somewhere else.

My cousin Surbhi Agarwal ordered a bunch of things from this brand for her first Karwachauth. Firstly, the product was received after Karwachauth. The purpose was defeated anyway. Secondly, it didn’t look anything like the image that was shown. Third and the most important point - She received the products after constant follow ups and misleading information. Mostly, they didn’t even reply both on Instagram and whatsapp. The phone is switched off mostly and if it’s not, they won’t respond. Either refund the amount paid by her for the products she ordered and arrange for a pick up or we’ll be filing a fraud case for the same.

Worst service possible in the world. One should only order from them if they want cheap quality products with extremely late delivery. Delivered products are completely different from what is ordered. The owners are careless. they don't respond to messages and don't take calls. they need to be reported as fraudsters. if you want want good quality items don't order from them. they are a scam.

Complete fraud. Do not buy. I ordered hathphool from them after seeing this brand featured on WedMeGood's instagram handle. My mistake in trusting this site. I placed the order 10 days ago. They told me it was shipped 8 days ago. I have been asking for a receipt or tracking ID, since then they have been ignoring my DMs and not responding.

I wish I could give this vendor 0 stars. They are unprofessional and I honestly dont understand how people have given them any stars at all. I messaged Krafterina on Instagram to get custom made chura covers and kaleeray. We talked back and forth on Instagram, the price was great, I asked for express shipping and I paid. Now, after I paid, Stone cold silence. I had to message multiple times and ask for a refund before I finally got a message back saying her WhatsApp was not working properly and that she sent out my package. She sent me pictures of my Chura cover and she SPELLED MY NAME WRONG. If you’re a business that customizes people’s names, should you not show the product first before shipping it out. I continued to message them saying my name is wrong and asking for a tracking number. No answer. I even messaged on Instagram, where they are clearly active all day long. Absolutely nothing!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROBABLY JUSY SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!

Kaleeras surely add to the quintessence of being a Punjabi bride and there's no denying they are lust-worthy. The custom made 'Red Embroidered Kaleeras' were beautiful. They were fuller and with Gota Patti.

They are a fraud company. Please do not buy anything from them. I came across their page on Instagram and going through their fake followers list, I thought it would be a genuine company. I ordered customized name latkan for my wedding from them. Initially that lady Kanika Dua on the day of ordering was replying instantly to all my queries and once the payment was done, she vanished literally. Its been 3 weeks since I placed the order (also they mentioned that the order will be delivered with 5-6 days) and paid my hard earned money, I haven't received my order yet and they do not pick up calls, neither they reply to messages. Its a frauddddddd company. I have filed a complaint against them too. Beware of these thieves!!!!

I had such an extremely terrible experience with this company. First, the order WASN'T delivered in a timely manner, it came ON THE DAY OF my event and I don't understand why when the payment was placed three weeks in advance. This vendor did not answer any of my calls or my texts and it was such a stressful situation. When the order did come, I was missing one gota set which they said they will redeliver but DID NOT and all the floral jewelry was broken and I even sent them photos but they did not reply back. Such a horrible time working with extremely unprofessional people. Such a disappointment.
