Absolutely Scammer!!! Red alert 🚨 Krupa Thaker is a scammer. I wish I could hive her 0 star. Absolutely the worst experience ever with Krupa. This designer is beyond rude, hardheaded, and uses foul language. She took my money and never delivered on anything she promised. The custom gown I received was a complete disaster—an absolute nightmare! She initially agreed to a refund and said I would use the money towards another purchase, but then she ghosted me. She never picked up any or responded to our texts. Now, she has the audacity to say I should have assumed the refund validity was only 6 months—how ridiculous! No one mentioned anything about a time limit. Her entire staff is just as bad, and she even walked away from our conversation. This designer is nothing but a scammer. Avoid her at all costs if you don't want to waste your money and sanity!
