I booked my bridal makeup- Airbrush HD Mac by Swati Gupta, Lakme dakbunglow. That was the biggest mistake I did on my most special day. Nevermind she did all the makeup manually and not used airbrush for which she charged 30k. But also what she did on my face was a complete nightmare, makeup was so patchy that I was unable to recognise my face. I booked her because of her good reputation in market, but she turned out to be utter bullshit.What I faced there on my wedding day I cried for hours, I would never recommend anyone to go with he,also the behaviour is so rude and she was unapologetic of this. other staff of the salon are good, except her.

Lakmé salon Dakbunglow is a one stop solution for all the brides in Patna. The pre bridal preps to the the big day makeup everything is so well taken care here. The staffs are very polite. During the wedding week definitely we have so much to do that we tend to forget about our pre bridal prep appointment at the salon. The staff would call you up and remind you and would even give you a time slot at your preference so that you don’t have to wait and waste your time. For the wedding day , the makeup artist gives you a time slot. You make yourself available at the given time slot and you never have to wait. I am seeing the reviews that people have given stating that it’s overcrowded and that all the brides get delayed and have to rush but this isn’t true. Definitely if it’s the best in Patna all the brides want to book their makeup here. The staff gives you a time slot accordingly. You stick to it and you are definitely ready on time for your wedding. My makeup was done by Swati Gupta. She is an amazing artist. Has some magic in her fingers. The makeup looked all glam and fresh till the wedding was concluded and even after that. The hair was done by Rajiv ji. I have really short hair and the way he made sure that all my 3 hairdos looked fabulous, I can’t thank him enough. Swati Gupta should be your MUA if you are getting married in Patna. I was new to Patna and had to go for trial make up sessions to even know which parlours are good. Came across Swati’s insta and decided to try hers. Yes, it’s on the higher end of a typical budget but if you are looking for the best, something’s gotta give. On the day of the wedding, she asked me if I wanted to change anything from the trial session and if I had any other issues which I did like dry skin and dark circles. I assumed brides go for air brush make up but Swati convinced me otherwise and I trusted her experience. I m glad I did! The make up didn’t come off till late morning the next day and wasn’t cakey at all. She started with eye make up spending 30 mins but when I didn’t like the color of it because although it looked good on someone else (photo) it didn’t on me, she was kind enough to rub it all off and start again! Hats off to her! I went for a peachy look which came through really well because of a nice shade of lip color she tried. I had selected premium make up.

Pathetic Experience! Its a request to all the brides to never go here. I paid for the Bridal Expert and who did my make up was some regular staff of the salon. They do the same makeup for everyone and charge a bomb. The experience is very bad, the service is very bad. They will do same makeup for each and every skin type and will not listen to what you’re saying. They made my Engagement look very bad and never going here again.

I don’t know about makeup but I have taken pre- bridal package and it was pretty expensive but not worth it at all. Once you have booked the package , they take you for granted and give the worst possible service. Even basic thing like eyebrows were not done properly and they are always in hurry. Will never recommend this place to anyone for normal service also

I went there for my bridal makeup (ultimate airbrush). The bridal expert from their team done my make up. The make up was very patchy. It became too cakey and there were cracks all over my face. I showed it to them but all the team members are so rude. They dont even care at all. They dont even know the basic makeup, face contouring, eye make up. they only know one style of make up and do the same in all type of face even dont care whether it will suit to ur face or not. only they put layers of foundation and make ur face ugly white
