I ordered a clutch from them. Made payment on 14th January. Saturday i asked them on insta message if they have dispatched it. The owner said she did and showed me the picture too, but couldn't share the receipt. Its been a week now, she isn't responding to the messages nor she picked up the phone. since yesterday the number has been switched off.
