Love Details in Dubai

Love Details were absolutely incredible wedding decorators and were very detail-oriented in decorations for each event. We were planning our wedding from the US, so we had decided that we would have to leave many of the details to our wedding planners. LoveDetails did not feel as thorough with the planning as they were with the decorations. Pros: -Arranged for a "Help Desk" that was run by 6 of the LoveDetails team. They were absolutely incredible with taking care of all the random issues that came up for our guests. They coordinated with us throughout the wedding to help make sure everything ran smoothly. As soon as they arrived at the hotel, they set up the table and signage, and they even sent two people with us as we were leaving for bus tours of Dubai who were so helpful in keeping everyone coordinated and on schedule. -Went with us in person to visit each venue. They were familiar with the different venues and the various staff members. They were so helpful in knowing exactly the items that need to be discussed and quickly working through those. -Really helpful in helping us find various components of the wedding such as horse and dholwala for the baraat, DJs, panditji, and mehndi artists. Cons: -We made thorough itineraries with timeframes in documents that we shared with everyone, but it seemed that they were never reviewed with the DJ. So I had to go over the plan with the DJ and was often directing the sangeet or reception as the event went on. I felt I had a clear plan beforehand, and I wish that it had been more effectively executed during the events. -Seating arrangements were not printed as we had planned for the reception. We did not even have a table set up for us at the reception, and our family members had to figure it out. -Overall, we just hoped that having a wedding planner would mean that we and our guests would just be able to enjoy the party. However, we still found ourselves and our family members working to make sure everything went smoothly, and that was frustrating. Overall: very highly recommend LoveDetails for the great value that they offer. With the decorations and the help desk team, we could not find another team that offered as much as LoveDetails.
