When Magic Elephants was recommended to us by not just 1 but 2 couples, we had a feeling that they will do a damn good job and that's what we got as well. Sai, as a coordinator, is a pleasure to connect with and puts together a nice, elaborate quote as per your requirement and does a fab job of taking care of everything till the wee end. He is a solid SPOC which was super convenient for us. The team who had done our reception & wedding and the post wedding couple shoot, Vikram, Indira, Karthik, Prathish and few others (we might be missing few names here) is an amazing team. It's so important to have a friendly, understanding team to work with on your big day and they made us feel super comfortable. They had this fine balance of getting what they wanted without pushing us or frustrating us, which is so goddam important. Kudos to that! Their deliverables were outstanding and we absolutely loved it. I need to definitely highlight the wedding film which was just so beautifully done. I will highly recommend it to be added to your quote and you won't regret it all. There's a bit of follow-up required to get the deliverables but I suppose that is pretty common with anybody in the business. So it's more of a heads-up than a challenge.
