Very unprofessional and unreliable. We agreed upon the requirements and decided on a common day for make-up trial. But without any notice, she blocked me on WhatsApp a day before the scheduled trial (just a week before my event) and stopped responding to my calls. Lacks professionalism, basic courtesy and empathy for the amount of stress that a bride-to-be goes through in the last days. Still giving her a 3 because I don't really want to spoil someone's rating without knowing their skills!
