I had worst experience with Shreya. She tool all the advance booking amount and ditched us at the last moment. Please don't trust her with any of your makeup. She took all the advance and did doble booking for the same time. Now she is asking us to adjust for the blunder on her part. Please dont waste your money with her.

Had the best experience with Shreya and her team. We booked her for my sister’s engagement makeup and it couldn’t be better. The team is very patient and very friendly. She looked like a doll on her engagement and kudos to shreya. Can’t wait to see the look she does on her wedding day!

"Biggest LIAR ever....DITCHED me at the last moment" Here is the story I booked her 6 months before my wedding with 50% advance as discussed. Till then everything was fine and was done as per her requests. She demanded air tickets, i booked them. She also wanted to stay in a 5star hotel, I paid the amount for it's booking. Just a few days before the biggest day of my life, when everything was happening as per my dream, Ms.SHREYA BHANDARI came up with the biggest lie that she is getting hitched around that time so she had to cancel. It is astonishing that she couldn't even call me by herself and had kept her assistant Nikita as a moderator. I was left with no other alternative as it was peak season of wedding and now when i am married, I saw that this was all a lie and she had ditched me for some destination wedding..Beware of her and team, i will term her as the worst professional ever.Stay away from such frauds.

A bride plans so much for her wedding. The first thing she does is book her MUA. I went ahead with Shreya as I liked her work. Tried connecting with her multiple times but she replied after days. I respected her as a working woman. But never expected she would cancel my engagement makeup a month before the date. Saying she has something important come up. Firstly how can you expect someone to find a good mua just a month before the one the most heaviest date of last season only to find her to fly to Jammu to do makeup for another bride. Great work ethics. Now people different between the brides like this that too after taking the booking. Please go ahead with her only when you are okay going through such havoc during your special days.

Had a horrible experience with her, did not end up availing her services due to extremely unprofessional behavior from her side. I had originally booked her and paid her 50% advance in March 2019 for a party makeup. But party got canceled due to certain reasons. She said I could avail her services for the next 2 years. I then reached out to her in March 2020 for makeup required for a pre-wedding party 1 week before my wedding. It was not mehendi, not sangeet, no bridal/wedding event. Just a small party with ~75 people. She said she will not do party makeup and said she will not do the makeup unless I pay her bridal package rates. This was extortion just because I had a balance with her from 2019 that she refused to refund. Her reason for asking for bridal rates was "your outfit looks fancy for a party of 75 people". Who is she to decide what is an appropriate outfit for my party? Then she crossed a line by telling me I am lying to her just because I cannot "afford" her rates. Extremely rude and unprofessional artist. Would not recommend AT ALL.

Choosing her was my best decision...she did my makeup on my engagement..and her work and dedication was beyond my expectations...she had magical hands and wonderful heart. thank you for making my day really special.♥️❤️♥️
