Chaitra is an amazing makeover artist. I have no regrets on booking her. One of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Talent - Chaitra made me and my loved ones look so good for my wedding! Each one had different skin type, features and outfit , but she did a 10/10 job. It made me feel so happy to see my husband, mom, MIL, sister all glowing for both the events (wedding & reception) 😍 Everyone received compliments and were satisfied. The photos turned out amazing as a result! Trustworthy - I booked Chaitra without a trial because her (no filter)portfolio is a good enough validation of her work and when I spoke with her on call, she was super professional as well. Though i did have a quick trial with her few weeks later and she was kind enough to accommodate and I felt very satisfied with her suggestions and her makeup Also, on the wedding day, I felt very comfortable leaving our luggage with her and her team in the same room (in all the wedding chaos its very difficult to keep everything organised) Punctuality - This makes Chaitra truly extra special and is so underrated ! She followed up multiple times , kept me posted and was on time ALWAYS. I really appreciate it. My one tip to all the brides is to listen to her on the timings, it will help her make you look the best. Professionalism & Integrity - Chaitra has many years of experience and it shows in how she handles clients and manages her work. She was the one of the most organised vendors I met - she sent me email receipts, she was 100% transparent about all the costs involved and she even sent me back the excess amount that was charged by mistake by her own initiative(I didn’t even realise) All in all, highly recommended artist. Chaithra is simply the best MUA I ever met. Firstly, Chaithra's process starts a week or two before the event. she makes sure that she knows how your skin looks and all the dresses you are wearing on events. She is very patient and answered all my questions and apprehensions about makeup and my skin. She always kept that open line of communication for any query I had❤ Then, I had her doll me up for 4 events back to back and I have to say, each and every look was so different and loved by everyone. The compliments never stopped. She is so meticulous in her planning of each look and also listens to our needs which results in magic at the end ✨ The products used by Chaithra is premium and goes sooo well with any sensitive skin (especially mine). She is very professional made me feel so at ease and the whole makeup experience was so much fun and relaxing. She is extremely punctual and is there within time. I also have to thank her for accommodating few changes in time here and there❤. At the end of my event, I felt like she was my very close friend who was dolling me up❤ To sum it up, she was the best choice I made!! Let me start from the first time I called Chaitra. I had lots of questions and she has answered each one of them very politely. Right from when I have gotten in touch with Chaitra till my D-day she has been nothing but cooperative. I got six looks done from her, each one of the looks have been very unique and different and were appreciated by every person who attended the wedding. Chaitra as a person is very sweet and down to earth. I have to put this point separately - for the pre-wedding shoot, I got the makeup done in the morning and had the shoot pretty much till night and the makeup was just as it was in the morning. The quality of her work is impeccable and flawless. The best part about going with Chaitra was that she makes you look like yourself. I mean we must agree we tend to see us as a different person after makeup.. so is not the case here. The look she gave me was natural but at the same time glamorous. She managed to reach the venue for all the events on or before time. For the events where I got late and could not give her a call she managed to be there on time and got me ready for all the events before time so that I could have sometime for photo shoot. Even though the venue was really far she has managed to plan her timing perfectly. A day before the wedding when I was unsure about my hair accessories and called her for help, she was there for me and comforted me saying that we can manage with what we have.
